Surprised First let me state my wife and i hate dealing with salesmen and the annoying pressure that comes along with it at dealerships but this time and this First let me state my wife and i hate dealing with salesmen and the annoying pressure that comes along with it at dealerships but this time and this place was different. We were not pushed in any direction by any sales people. We knew what we wanted but didn’t know if we could make a deal with a trade in we had , so the salesman we had was Big D/ Demetrius Beasley and he was perfect , couldn’t have asked for a better person . Demetrius was attentive to what we wanted and didn’t try to push us in a direction we didn’t want to go. Demetrius/ BigD was very informative, patient with us because I’m very picky when narrowing down the color , trim level ect... he made our experience pleasant . We would highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland and definitely our salesman Demetrius Beasley. I did forget to mention the financing department , we worked with Alfred Polk , very nice and straight forward man , we were in and out of finance fairly quick. One thing I appreciated when doing the financial paper work is that they offered the extra options and explained them to us they didn’t make us feel any other way but great even if we didn’t choose the extras . Macy Smith scheduled our appoint for a test drive, Austin Owens knew we were coming and met us as we drove up. Macy came out to introduce herself and welcome us to the dealership. We had almost decided on a car selection from the dealership web page and tole him so. We test drove the one we were initially considering but noticed another vehicle in their show room. We ultimately bought the other one. Austin was helpful and informative but let us make our own decision.We ultimately bought the car that Monte Burney used as a demo and saved a lot of money. Monty had taken great care of the car we purchased. We were financing through Tennessee Valley CU (first time). Tim made the transaction seamless and we were on our way! He made sure we understood all the paper work and coached us through it. We enjoyed meeting all the people and will go back to Toyota of Cleveland the next time we need to buy another car. More

Buying a vehicle is not at the top of my list of ways to spend part of a day. However in this case, Russell Bishop, the salesman that helped us made the process very easy. No high pressure sales tactics and he went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. I'll definitely give Russell a call the next time I'm looking for a vehicle - really cannot recommend him and the entire dealership enough. More
