We’ve bought a few cars. From middle of the road to luxury and this dealership rates right up there. We had a special situation in our most recent purchase and they bent over backwards to meet our needs. Stayed late and treated us like we were buying the best car on the lot, which we weren’t. Every person we met were great. No intimidation. A big thank you to Geoff, Shane and Alfred! Side note Alfred will score you the best deal on all weather floor mats so look into that! :) More

Great Customer Service! I haven't bought/financed from a big dealership in a long time. I started the process of buying my car from ANOTHER dealership (I won't name) on a We I haven't bought/financed from a big dealership in a long time. I started the process of buying my car from ANOTHER dealership (I won't name) on a Wednesday. No phone calls back until Friday morning. I go in on Saturday and find out the vehicle had been sold. I pick another one that day. I go in on Monday. I'm told the lender's system is down...the entire day. Tuesday evening I decided to go by Toyota of Cleveland. They practically ran to my car to help. Joshua was the fastest. I told Joshua Richards what I thought I could do. He said "No Ma'am, You can do better than that.". And he and Tyler Ratledge made sure I did! I am already in love with my new 2015 Nissan Rogue! it's exactly what I need and even nicer than I thought I could afford! Tyler was great at explaining everything and making sure I got what I needed. They even called me when they said they would (still haven't heard from the other dealership in a week). One of the things that stuck out was they assured me, no one else would get that car. They didn't sell it out from under me. AND they had me in it in less than 24 hrs! Everyone I talked to or hung out with during the process was so friendly. Now my boyfriend is wanting to do a trade in. Guess where we'll be going. We looked Everywhere for the best deals and couldn’t find anywhere that beat their prices. They will negotiate with you so don’t be afraid to ask! We ended up with a Brand new Tacoma with the monthly payment we needed and non of your typical markups and Hidden fees! I will be using them for my next car. More
