We had such an easy going great experience with Mason. We came in to service our 2019 Highlander that we owed for 5 months and decided to look at vans cause we traded ours in for the Highlander and really We came in to service our 2019 Highlander that we owed for 5 months and decided to look at vans cause we traded ours in for the Highlander and really regretted getting rid of it.We asked Mason would it be possible to work up a trade and he got started on it right away with the help of the general sales manager Justin Chretien and the two of them together they came up with a deal we couldn't refuse and made us very happy customers.We have bought our last 3 vans up there and we drive an hour just to get the great and friendly service we get from all the employees.We even pass a dealer close to us because we don't get that service there.We have been making that trip ever since we got our first van.It's definitely worth the extra mile and we will continue to do so.After we bought the van Mason took the time to set with us and explain everything about the van and told us if we had any questions or problems to just give him a call..He was the best salesman we have ever worked with and have made a forever friend.Thank you Mason for making this happen and making us very happy customers.Alfred Polk worked with us and got us an extended warranty policy and worked with us and wasn't pushy and explained everything to us.Another very nice employee and then finally Keith Jackson who has always helped us from the first van we purchased .He has always been so friendly to us came out to congratulate us on our new van and made us feel so special with our new purchase.Thank you to all the wonderful people that made us one Happy Customer.,You are the Best! I fell in love with the Highlander upon seeing and driving it. I initially planned on waiting a few months to buy, and in the meantime, I told my mom how much I liked the Highlander and the sales associate who had helped me, Alfred Odister. Long story short, my mom and I both walked away with brand new Highlanders within a week from my first visit. The customer service was outstanding from Alfred as well as everyone we met, including General Manager Montey Burney, Service Manager Tom Trout, Sales Manager Shane Defoor, and F&I Manager Alfred Polk. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I will recommend Toyota of Cleveland and Alfred Odister to all of my friends. More

Friendly people ! Great service ! I messaged Gregg and asked if he had a light colored 2018 Camry and while he was on the lookout I decided I wanted a white 2019 Camry. I called him an I messaged Gregg and asked if he had a light colored 2018 Camry and while he was on the lookout I decided I wanted a white 2019 Camry. I called him and he asked when I could come in and I told him Thursday and he had the one I wanted there waiting. They were also great when my mom had fell and hurt her arm there while looking at a truck. They put the truck up for her and it was waiting on her when she was well enough to go pick it up and they sent her flowers !! They are really nice people !! More
