I came to the dealership to speak to someone that I had interacted with online (Lensie). Unfortunately she was off but Tyler was there. We had a great experience with this purchase. Mikel, our sales person, was new to the job but was extra invested in making sure all of our questions were answered and our need met. His sales manager, Mike came out from behind the desk and worked with us personally instead making us play the typical "I've got to go ask my manager" game. We were able to very quickly get to the "out the door" price and I'm pleased with the deal we got. I also appreciated the finance manager we worked with knowing his audience and not wasting our time with a "hard sell" on add-ons we were not going to go for. All in all, a very pleasant experience and better than ones I've had at other dealerships in the past. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also had great help pre-visit from Katie Baker in the Internet department who confirmed availability of the vehicle before we made the drive up. More
