Vinnie does a great job at communicating allocations, delivery and fights for you to get the car you need. He went above and beyond trying to get me top dollar on my trade and still maintains communicati delivery and fights for you to get the car you need. Very transparent and honest on market conditions, is open to hear and listen to your concerns when buying a vehicle! Also Jack in the finance department is a beast , extremely transparent does not hesitate to show you true cost and does not push stuff on you that you do not need. He is probably the best and smartest finance guy I’ve dealt with. Up to date with the economy, offers is discounts on points to try and compete with the current market. More

He gave us a call promptly when a car hit the lot that he knew we would be interested in. We bought a used car that was not a Toyota and he was still up to speed on the specs and features. He went the extra mile to ensure it was prepped, and we were able to go through the sale process smoothly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helped make the overall experience pleasant. This was my daughter's first car and she felt at ease through the whole process with Bobby and the rest of the team. We had a bad experience prior to coming to Toyota of Naperville and meeting Bobby. But my daughter left this experience with a smile and a great car, and we have Bobby to thank for it. More
