Not for this service. I needed to wait for 4+ week to get the next service appointment. 2 weeks before the service, I got the notice of appointment cancellation and move my appointment from Saturday to Frida the next service appointment. 2 weeks before the service, I got the notice of appointment cancellation and move my appointment from Saturday to Friday which I need to arrange a lot at work. When I called Service at 5:00 PM nobody answer the phone. I tried Sales to help me grab someone to talk but he did not transfer my phone, leave the phone more than 10 min. This poor service and poor teamwork has never seen in other station in Tristate (mass/conn/RI) OR 10 years ago at ToS. I would like to see the similar Toyota service level at ToS just like Tristate Toyota station or ToS 10 years ago. More
