We just bought our 2nd Subaru from Tucson Subaru and it was another excellent experience. Our sales rep, Robert Pedroza, was a pleasure to work with - responsive, helpful and very personable. We have used their service department for all maintenance and repairs and will continue to do so with our new Outback. A terrific free service offered by the dealership called love encore delivery had us spend time with the specialist, Darla, acquainting is with all the new features of our Outback. She helped us set up everything from Bluetooth to seat positions and the touch screen. Her patience with us was most appreciated and had helped us thoroughly enjoy our new car. Spoke with Artie Gonzales the service manager about standing by the Subaru brand and providing an initial routine service check and he said the service agreements are not transferable. Man did they tak standing by the Subaru brand and providing an initial routine service check and he said the service agreements are not transferable. Man did they take that original owner for a ride. He paid extra to maintain his brand new Forester and ended up trading it in at the Honda dealership and taking a loss on it rather than deal with the service department. I was told a story about why he traded his vehicle in that does not correlate with the number of times he took his Subaru to the service department. Unfortunately, I found this out after I bought the vehicle. Not impressed with this dealership or service department at all. I’m definitely not recommending Tucson Subaru to anyone. More
