Worked with me on AC repair I discovered 2 weeks ago that my AC had stopped working. They discovered the compressor needed to be replaced. They waived the total cost stating that I had “always had my car serviced regularly and I took good care of my car.” They also discovered the differential needed servicing and I was happy to I was happy to agree to that service charge. The AC is working better than before! The service department has taken care of my Crosstrek since I bought it in 2013. The staff is efficient and skilled. They have always advised me about what has to be taken care of outside of the routine service tasks and I have never been disappointed by their recommendations..They are patient, polite, and trustworthy—which is a credit to their Service Director Scott Gregg. More

"The service you get after the Purchase" - AngrySubie2222 I was in a few months ago to have service done on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by a certain time and it wasn't. I waited for over 30 minute I was in a few months ago to have service done on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by a certain time and it wasn't. I waited for over 30 minutes after. while I waited I asked to speak to a fiance manager to answer a few lease questions. The finance manager never answered my questions but she also made me feel like an idiot for asking and was more in tuned with one of the salesman in the building. I felt dismissed and disrespected. This is not a good way to treat loyal clients. I am avoiding my next visit and purchase. More

We have loved all 5(!) of our Subaru’s and really had no need to buy another one except we bought bikes and wanted a vehicle to transport them. I contacted CJ online and we made an appointment to go look at cross treks. CJ’s knowledge of the Subaru products is vast - he told us things about our Legacy we were not told about! He gave us all the choices, the pros and cons then let us make up our own mind what we wanted. We decided to go with the bigger, meatier Forester and we LOVE it! If you need a vehicle I would definitely recommend Tucson Subaru and CJ Nichols. My husband would like to think this is our 6th and last Subaru but they just keep getting better and better. So- no guarantees! We were greeted and introduced to the whole team and we were treated like royalty. Oh, and if you want tips on great local restaurants, or fun trips to take with your Subaru.. CJ is your guy! More
