Trading up for the 2019 was actually (unlike other dealerships) a pleasurable experi I appreciate the A-one service my 2015 received at Tucson Subaru. Trading up for the 2019 was actually (unlike other dealerships) a pleasurable experience. Everyone (especially Baron and Curt) expedited every aspect of the purchase. Annual service assistance Raj greeted me as just pulled into the service line for scheduled service of my 2013 Outback. Once my contact information was confirmed, Raj confirmed Raj greeted me as just pulled into the service line for scheduled service of my 2013 Outback. Once my contact information was confirmed, Raj confirmed the services to be conducted and added a few I had overlooked, A/C service for the toasty months ahead, Raj set me up with a rental vehicle from Enterprise escorted me to the lounge and pointed out the coffee service available. Enterprise arrived in ten minutes and I was on the road in another 10 minutes. I picked up my Outback the following day and Raj reviewed the service performed and they replaced a faulty brake lamp. As has been my experience the last 3-years, Tucson Subaru has quality staff and top-shelf service technicians. Hats off to all of you! More

I bought my first car back in late 2014 from Trent and Tucson Subaru due to the best price for my trade-in and price of my 2015 WRX. I made the trip all the way from Phoenix and made my deal via text and email and every part of the deal remained unchanged. Trent has always answered my questions months and years after the sale and has made me a loyal customer. Fast forward to a weekend ago and my fiance and I decided we wanted to upgrade. She went from a Honda Accord to a 2019 WRX CVT and myself to a 2019 STI. Same great customer service from Trent and very fair pricing. We are happy owners of brand new WRX's thanks to Trent. Oh and he's a really funny guy!!! More
