I moved back to the US after being out of the country for 12 years, so needed a lot of catching up on the technology and safety features on the Forester and he patiently took me through it all. Jennifer Duran also did a great job of taking me through the warranty options and financials. The dealership makes you feel welcome without any pressure, and that is extending to the post-buyer phase. I could not recommend this dealership (or Ken!) more highly. More

Anthony, although he was new to the dealership, spent time with us going over the options and was very helpful. Curt, in Finance, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt like we got a good deal and didn't feel pressured, nor did we feel like anyone was playing games--what we saw was what we got, and everything seemed very above board. More
Easy purchase process Interested in a replacing my old '05 Outback, I contacted internet salesperson, Kevin Gribble, to get pricing and schedule a test drive on a new '18 m Interested in a replacing my old '05 Outback, I contacted internet salesperson, Kevin Gribble, to get pricing and schedule a test drive on a new '18 model. It was a very easy process and I knew going in what price range to expect. Kevin was a "walking encyclopedia" of Subaru facts and figures as well as vehicles from other manufacturers. We test drove two models and were provided thorough explanations of the features and options. Kevin answered every question and was patient while we considered what model to choose. Once we decided on a purchase, he moved us through the process as quickly as possible. Louie in finance was also knowledgeable and patient, did not hard sell options, and got us out as quickly as the computer system would allow. I'm very happy with the new vehicle's quality and safety features. In past dealings with the staff at the Tucson dealership, all have been friendly and helpful. More
This Dealer keeps me coming back I had to trade my new Forester for another because the first one was built with a "black out" instrument cluster with readouts that are not visible to I had to trade my new Forester for another because the first one was built with a "black out" instrument cluster with readouts that are not visible to us older folks but they helped me trade for one that was built with an instrument cluster with readouts that ARE visible; now I can drive safely and obey the speed limit.
