She was also very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. We had been looking for just that right car for weeks and we found it at Tucson Subaru...even though it wasn't a Subaru. Overall a very positive experience. Just wish all dealerships worked this way without the high pressure sales pitch. More

As part of the sales process, we met with Traci to go over the financing and warranty options and she was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and pleasant to boot. Then we met with Jack again to go over the final details and he helped with our initial setup to go home in our new car. All in all, we feel good about the car, the personnel and the deal. And we found one of the charities they donate to because of our purchase was one we personally donate to. More

We made an appointment, looked at several cars, went for a test drive, and the rest is history! I have a very nice 2015 Forester, it is loaded with safety equipment, looks and drives great, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I especially enjoyed seeing CJ's pictures of the local mountain scenery while waiting for the finance department to do their paperwork. More
