His extensive knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions made the process smooth and enjoyable. Beyond the great service, I was also given a tour of the facility, and I was genuinely impressed by how spacious and well-organized everything was. The entire purchasing process was incredibly efficient—I was in and out within just a few hours. In addition, Ken Negley in Finance made the experience enjoyable and apprecaite the good laughs we had while knocking out the paperwork. JD paid attention to what I was looking for, didn’t try to push me into what I wasn’t looking for, and made recommendations that fit my needs. Mari in the Finance department was also a pleasure to work with and also didn’t pressure me into buying more than what fit my budget. Their facilities are comfortable (and they will be starting a major renovation soon). The service department is HUGE…I think they said they have 40 bays! Great for anyone who needs an oil change but doesn’t have hours to wait. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Valley Honda to anyone who’s looking for a great vehicle and a relaxed, stress-free buying experience.
