I purchased my last several cars from another toyota dealership in the area and wont be going back after dealing with Ventura toyota. After spending several hours at the other toyota in town and having my time wasted, I decided to stop by Ventura Toyota to check it out. They close at 9pm on weekdays and I admittedly was cutting it close by coming in at 8pm. Manuel was there to greet me immediately a very friendly and experienced salesman. We told him exactly what we wanted and our color preference. He went and found exactly what we asked for and even had our first color choice. We passed on the test drive as we had driven one before and wanted to move right on to the numbers. Manuel and Simon the manager were very efficient and found a deal that would work for us. After the deal we dealt with Sam in financing also a very nice and experienced person to work with and very efficient. We are very happy with the car we purchased and working with the dealership. All three guys Manuel, Simon and Sam ended up staying to finish the deal until almost 11pm, two hours after closing. That shows the type of workers they have over there, that they are willing to stay after just to finish up a deal and make sure everyone is happy. Thank you for working with us! More

Ramon Martinez was the salesman that helped us and he was excellent. He helped me get the color that I wanted and worked on the price I was comfortable with. He was very attentive and didn't make me feel pressured to buy when I wasn't ready. Mike Perez was willing to negotiate and helped us find a price that we both agreed was fair. David Zuniga went out of his way to make sure the right car was delivered as soon as possible and was in good condition. Marion Swain was so helpful in explaining everything in the contract. She was very sweet and made sure we were treated right. Overall our experience at Toyota Ventura was very pleasant and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to purchase here. More

I initially visited a few other dealerships that had comparable cars and a price range I was looking for. However, once I met Rob Cramer I knew I was in the right place. My mother-in-law had a previous good experience with him with a new 2015 Toyota RAV4, and this experience only proved how knowledgeable and dedicated he was. He immediately understood my needs, and showed me a Scion iA that was perfect. Rob walked me throughout the dealership, introducing me to the service technicians and other Toyota representatives that could and would help me during the process. Additionally, he has answered every question I've had in the post-sale process. Amazing service and dedication. I look forward to working with him again as I begin a search for a new family vehicle. He had all the information on the model that my wife and Iwere interested in and even provided other product information that helped us make a decision on what model to settle on, he was very professional in a very friendly way that made us feel no pressure to buy right now. So after offering to let us take a truck for a test drive we sat down and told him the equipment that was important to us. He the went to check the availability of what was availible and found the modle we wanted and told us he would be happy to work with us to do a dealer trade and get us that spacific truck witch he did and were able to do a deal and take the truck home.I will be referring Ventura Toyota to everyone and will send them to Ramon Martinez.
