Dale was a pleasure to work with, patient and thorough, when we purchased our pre-owned 2023 Subaru. The car was immaculate and hard to distinguish from brand new. No pressure at anytime. Staff treats you respectfully and with concern for your issues. I was disappointed that a problem taken to them in late July was not adequately addressed. Came back for inspection on ‘24 crosstrek, told my tires needed to be replaced, and that an issue I was having was not part of my package so I’d have to pay out of pocket… completely unacceptable. The issue had to do w my rear view driver side mirror not defrosting, the passenger side works fine…. But not part of my package??? Technician would not even listen to my concern. I will not be back again for any service. More
