I have been taking my neighbor shopping for a car for weeks. Everyone seemed to tell us what she wanted and what she would have to pay. Made appointment for my 150 to get the tailgate recall fixed!! Had them make sure they had the parts. Appointment was fine & job was suppose to take approx 2hrs. After about 1&1/2 hrs went out to the lo fixed!! Had them make sure they had the parts. Appointment was fine & job was suppose to take approx 2hrs. After about 1&1/2 hrs went out to the lot & noticed my truck sitting outside. Evidently they had the wrong part & had to get it from another dealership.
