I have to say after leaving a dealership where the salesman was so rude and disrespectful Keith made my day! He was so pleasant from the moment we walked in. He understood she was just trying to protect her daughter and make sure she wasn't getting in over her head. He was never rude or made me feel pressured. I HATE buying a car but Keith made it so much better. I was so grateful for him and the finance guy staying late and making sure I had what I needed. Steve LaFrance did an excellent job for me in assisting me in purchasing my 2021 Malibu. The deal was somewhat delayed due to the timing of me being able to get to the bank to get the loan papers signed a me in purchasing my 2021 Malibu.
