This was by FAR the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOW! I called 20 minutes before stopping and Mallory was so friendly and helpful in assisting set up a tes a dealership. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOW! I called 20 minutes before stopping and Mallory was so friendly and helpful in assisting set up a test drive. Every time we came in along the next week during the sale, Mallory always stopped to say hello! From there, Tony Carroll (our salesman) was an absolute ANGEL. He walked us through every option and was NEVER pushy or pressuring. He answered every question and was incredibly patient with me, my sister, and my mom. He worked with us to make sure we felt confident and comfortable with EVERY aspect of the car and the sale. He was so personable and really helped strip away the anxiety of such a big purchase with his friendliness and willingness to help. When I had some concerns with the mechanical functionality of car (after the 3rd test drive), Tony took it into the service department to have it re-inspected and worked on, free of charge. Tony really helped me make sure I felt confident in all aspects of the purchase. Kyle in the finance department was great as well!! He ran different financing options to get me the best rate and even though we didn't finance through them! He was very transparent and explained everything in ways we could understand. Overall, VERY satisfied with the customer service and my vehicle. If it's your first time buying a car, I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda as they made me feel informed & relaxed.
