Just took delivery of a 23 CRV. It is our family’s 4th CRV and 5th overall vehicle purchased through Aaron at Zimmerman. Each transaction has been smooth and easy. In fact the last It is our family’s 4th CRV and 5th overall vehicle purchased through Aaron at Zimmerman. Each transaction has been smooth and easy. In fact the last 2 cars have basically been bought via text messaging as I am not a fan of spending hours at the dealership going back and forth on numbers and options. We love our CRVs (and the Civic we bought for our son a couple years ago) and love dealing with Aaron at Zimmerman. More

I had been a loyal customer of this dealership, but no longer. I had service performed on my vehicle. They recommended the work, but the work did not fix the problem. I had to pay for a part that did n longer. I had service performed on my vehicle. They recommended the work, but the work did not fix the problem. I had to pay for a part that did not resolve the issue. Did not notify me of the issue before the work was initiated. Instead, waited until the part was installed, basically leaving me no options. Management was very unapologetic and uncooperative. Will never purchase or get a vehicle serviced there ever again. More
