Randy was informative, thorough, honest and fair. He made our purchase and trade-in experience one of the smoothest we have ever experienced. When he turned us over to Kyle Ruser for financing, warranty options etc., he was prepared and reviewed everything with us in detail so we could make informed decisions. Thanks and nice job guys!
