Zimmerman’s did an outstanding job getting us into our Ford Edge! Not only did they stay late one night but two nights. The second night it was our sales persons (Louie) scheduled day off & fortunately enough for us he was there doing a quick errand. Instead of turning us away saying “sorry its my day off” he went quick to work closing the deal with us & even stayed later than close on his day off to make sure we were happy. Outstanding customer service. Kyle did all the behind the scenes work with the bank to make everything happen for us & oddly enough was also his day off so another financial manager stepped in and took great care of us even though he had not the slightest idea what was going on and worked with us to get a lower down payment which is always nice! Even with a few hiccups from the bank and misunderstanding we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and I can definitely see us going back in the future. More
