CAME TO BUY AND THEY FOUND WHAT i WANTED. - Beth
It matters that they listen to what is important. Ruben Torres Santos did just that. I selected the right place to get my best deal.
JoVaughn was awesome - M. Reyes
We did not end up buying a Mazda, but we had an exceptional test drive experience with JoVaughn Jimerson at this dealership. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory. He was friendly. Our decision not to buy from him was based totally on the SUV's make and not on the service at Jim Click; they were terrific.
A Flop - KrystleBooth
Worked with a salesman (Aaron Weiss) for about 3 months on a purchase of a new 2018 cx9. We were in a situation with our current vehicle and the manufacturer (waiting on approval for a buyback). We kept the salesman informed during the whole process and he seemed like he was genuinely concerned about our issues with the current vehicle and he wanted to help us get into the new vehicle. Everything seemed great and the plan was that once we heard back that we got the approval for the buyback we would go in and purchase the cx9 that has been on their lot since January. The time came where we got the approval and as educated vehicle purchasers, we started getting quotes around the valley on a 2018 cx9... there was one dealership, NOT CardinaleWay who was significantly lower in price. Aaron said we could bring that quote in and he would see what he could do. We agreed to this. On the day we told him we were going to buy the car he said it was gone and he would have to try and find another one from another dealership and that it was sold that morning. We informed him that we were coming days in advance! I guess the other dealership that had the lower price got that vehicle from them and told us that CardinaleWay just gave it to them with no questions asked and never once told them that they couldn't have it because they have a customer wanting to purchase it today. So, since Aaron could care less if he sold a vehicle to us, we went to the other dealership and purchased from them. Aaron proves that they are just that... Salesmen. They don't care about you after the fact.
A Nightmare - NeverAgain
"I hope you like yours better than I liked mine". That is what the Finance Manager, Dale Bruemmer, told me when I was signing my paperwork. In hindsight, that should have been my first clue to RUN! After hearing his unsolicited stance on illegal immigrants and what punishments he would inflict on these criminals and some long-winded story about his daughter getting in an accident by one I reluctantly signed my paperwork. After signing I went over the contract and noticed something I thought was incorrect so I scribbled out my signature and wrote VOID in all 3 places on the form. I asked for a new copy to be printed and was told it was "fine" then complained about being late to casino. After signing, I told the manager Ryan Cruise about his horrible customer service and was told by him that when I get the survey he would ask I dont give a bad rating because it would reflect negatively on the sales person (Nate Alexander was the only positive thing about the whole experience).
Since the service area was closed for the day I was told to bring my car back for a wash and they would install the roof rails. When I brought car back I was told they couldn't wash it because the "rims were too new". I asked about the license plate frame that was part of my deal and was told they would "order it". When I got home, I noticed that the email address associated with my account and printed on invoice was not anything remotely close to one I gave them! Now, this could have been an honest mistake but due to fact my email is literally my first and last name and the fact that they had already asked me not to write a bad review makes me believe they purposely did this (fake email was a different name and a different domain).
I went back for my car wash I was owed and when I asked about the license plate frame I was told by someone in parts it was never ordered so they ordered it for me. When I was called to inform that it was ready for pick up, I arrived to be greeted by the Ryan Cruise and when I explained why I was there he told me it was never ordered. When I told him I received a call he got angry that they ordered it for me and pulled the parts guy aside. I was made to feel like a criminal for trying to get the $40 license plate frame that Ryan himself closed my deal with!!! REALLY?! It's a license plate frame! I guess this wasn't ever really supposed to be ordered for me which is why I kept getting the run-around. If $40 is really going to put this company under I will gladly apply that money towards Customer Service and leadership classes for this guy! I paid full MSRP on car so its not like I was trying to get something for nothing! At this point I was just happy to never have to go back to deal with them again! Or so I thought...
I cancelled the Gap Insurance I purchased promptly after, and within time frame for a full refund (as stated on terms of contract). The Insurance company EasyCare told me that Earnhard Mazda was responsible for issuing refund. Its been months and I have not been able to get anyone to tell me anything more than the Loan Company will apply it to the loan. I understand that part but someone needs to send it to them! Many emails and phone calls and promises to follow up with me have gone unresolved. Bank of America and EasyCare keep telling me to contact Earnhardt Mazda and Earnhardt Mazda has my money so now they no longer think its their responsibility to speak with me in regards to a service they sold me and in which they owe me a refund (since I cancelled before it went into effect).
I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and heartache and go somewhere more professional.

Mazda MX-5 Purchase from Butch Shearer - MX-5 guy
I purchased a 2016 Mazda MX-5 from Butch Shearer 1 year from today and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The car was detailed and ready for pick up upon arrival (I drove in from El Paso, TX). I highly recommend this excellent and professional salesman as well as "the bald guy" from the finance department. Great people and a great dealership all around.

We dropped in to test drive a Fusion Hybrid but did not... - leoret
We dropped in to test drive a Fusion Hybrid but did not like that style so Mike steered us to a C-MaX Hybred which we had not researched. We did some quick research on our iphones and concluded that this might be a good alternative. We had already tested the Toyota Prius. While Mike brought up a new C-Max for us to drive he let us look over a pre-owned 2013 C-Max SEL with 2118 miles on it. After driving the new C-Max we were very impressed with the power and handling and the fit and finish. Mike left us alone while we conferred and we decided to make a cash (what we thought was low) take-it-or-leave-it offer directly to the Sales Manager Tommy. To our surprise he accepted and we drove away a few hours and lots of paper work later.
Most importantly, we love this car! It is a luxury car in every aspect. The number of safety features is nothing short of amazing. It is quiet and rides like a big car. We are still getting used to the hybred aspect of the quiet driving especially while stopped. But with only 2500 miles on it we are getting 40+ MPG. It is a pleasure to fill the 13 gallon gas tank.
