I’d like to thank Devin personally he was outstanding and professional and fun to be around he was knowledgeable and accommodating he got us cold drinks and brought us into the air conditioning because it was so hot outside we test drove 3 vehicles in which he made sure they were cooled off by the ac for a comfortable driving experience we found the car we wanted and while we were signing the paper work he was washing the car to present it to us it was beautiful Devin didn’t go out of his way for us it’s just who he is as a person thanks Devin

Adam Struse is the definition of a class act. We visited a couple of weekends ago and it was slammed. Our salesperson was ok. Seemed new, a bit lost. We were looking at the CX-90. We did not know there were different models and engines. We felt a bit overwhelmed and a bit lost. We noticed Adam was busy helping out a lot of customers and sales people.. We were unaware of who he was but he was obvious he very helpful and in charge. I think he may be the General Manager, I am not sure. As he was walking by he offered us some water and he immediately started assisting. He went over the different models and engines. He asked us about our driving and living situations. It genuinely felt like that he wanted to not only help, but he wanted to make sure we were happy. There was never any pressure and he made us feel confident in the car and the store. We do not live close. The car was newly off lease and was still going though the CPO process. He explained the whole CPO process and gave us a reasonable range of 7-10 days. 5 days later the vehicle was ready and even delivered to my home! There were a few hiccups but Adam made sure they were handled immediately and even had a mobile detail company come to my home. Tyler was our finance guy and he was great too. You can tell they try hard to impress at this location. I was stressed out, my spouse and I were not agreeing, my kids were cranky, yet Adam smiled and was reassuring the whole time. He never made me feel like I was wasting time and he never pressured me to move forward. I felt like if I did not buy from him, I would have regretted my decision. He was so in tune with what we were looking for, even though we did not know. He mentioned he had been there almost 25 years. I can see why! While this whole one price thing they do there is a little new to me, he made it make sense and made the whole process so easy. He did not seem like a typical car salesman. No offense! I would highly Mark Mazda in Scottsdale because of Adam Struse. They have a lot of cars and the lot is a bit chaotic, but do yourself a favor and go see him. You will not be disappointed!

Jordan, Linda, Gary, and the whole finance team made this the smoothest car buying experience of my life. I found the car through Costco Auto the night before, had a wonderful call from Linda that same night, and Jordan got me exactly what I asked for the very next morning. The Finance guys were awesome too, getting me an amazing rate, and keeping everything above board. Berge Mazda is worth the drive. Will definitely come back when I have room for a Miata in my life.

So the good news is this dealership is closed. My last service visit for an oil change resulted in the service advisor coming out to the customer lounge to tell me the car needed a number of service items. When I pointed out three of those recommended service were completed at my prior visit with them, the service advisor excused himself. Fifteen minutes later he tells me the mechanic failed to check their computer records. What a load of “bull”.
