I've been coming here since 2018 for service and each time I've come here, the service is always great. Very friendly and helpful.
However this time, in particular, was so great, it really blew me away at how amazing this place is. Robert worked with me; I needed an alignment, all new tires, coolant, and brake flush so it was going to be a pricey service, or so I thought. Robert went above and beyond my expectations, got me a great deal on my tires saving me literally a few hundred dollars and when I picked up the car, he had it detailed for me - not just the standard car wash. He followed up when he said he would and was kind with each interaction. Can't say enough good things about this place. Also, thank you to Asia - She's amazing and kind and made sure to follow up with me to make sure I was happy. Thank you all.

So the good news is this dealership is closed. My last service visit for an oil change resulted in the service advisor coming out to the customer lounge to tell me the car needed a number of service items. When I pointed out three of those recommended service were completed at my prior visit with them, the service advisor excused himself. Fifteen minutes later he tells me the mechanic failed to check their computer records. What a load of “bull”.

Salesman was rude, angry and very disrespectful when I was trying to buy a new car. When I asked questions and brought up the Labor Day add for the Ford Explorer he said it didn’t exist, however I knew that to not be true. He immediately became very angry. I tried to have a discussion with him and then when I asked him if he knew of all the options on my truck I wanted to trade in, he once again became very angry and said that he did and that he did this all the time!
( I had the Kelly Bluebook low, average and high prices on my truck.. Mr. DeLaCruz had offered me $11000 less than the low average.) I also had researched other f350 2017 lariat trucks for sale and showed him that the price difference was considerable less even though my truck had less miles and in very good condition. When I said I couldn’t accept this offer, he said I must want a straight across trade. Interesting, I had mentioned to Baldo that my truck value and the Labor Day add on the Explorer were similar $56700 with rebates. Of course I knew that would not be possible and had just mentioned that in conversation. I then decided I would just buy the car outright and we would take both home. (I came prepared to do just that if my truck offer was too low, as I can sell it outright. I was going to write a check for the Explorer.) Mr. DeLaCruz told me at that point he didn’t want my tuck anyway. He hastily scribbled the price of the Explorer as $72475.46 and tossed the paper down in front of me. Then he stomped out and returned around the corner in a couple minutes to state angrily still, that he didn’t appreciate being called a liar. That statement was not true. I just challenged him about the advertisement and the value of my truck. I’m not sure what was going on with him but can’t imagine anyone wanting to do business there with such a man.

1. Bought a brand new Mazda CX5 in Oct 2017. Because i wouldn't buy an extended warranty they charged me a higher finance rate.. .After letting someone else know they did call me and fix the problem.
2. When the AZ weather heated up all my dashboard functions lit up alerting me that the smart brakes, camera, etc were not working. After letting the dealer know, they assured me it was because it was probably because of the heat and everything would still work. My question: why would they sell that car in AZ or at least warn consumers?
3. At 27,000, the engine light came on and no factory warranty. I made an APPOINTMENT to get a diagnostic. At the end of the day they never got around to it.. Just to diagnose the issue? Why make an appt???
4. DON'T buy a Mazda...I'm shopping for a brand that stands by the products and the service they sell!

Adrian Hernandez was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to all the vehicles. He pointed out small details in every car we looked at to help with my decision making. He was NOT pushy at all and listened to my wants and needs. He helped me narrow down to the perfect vehicle. He even went and got the car from another dealership for me.. The whole experience at the Mazda Automall store was awesome. Usually you go into a dealership with your fists up, not this time! Adrian assured me that he was there for me, and the rest of the team was very helpful..
