I can't say enough good things about this dealership. On my drive from Iowa to Scottsdale this year, I hit a "major" pothole on Hwy 54 in the Texas panhandle. It blew a hole in my right front tire, and put a big dent in the rim. I drove 200 miles to Albuquerque where I was able to replace the tire. They told me that I should replace the rim as soon as I could because they had difficulty getting it to hold a bead. When I got to Scottsdale, I checked Mazda dealerships in the area, and found that there are three. I went to the first one, which was only a mile from me. I waited for fifteen minutes at both the service and the parts counter, and nobody came to help. I went to the next one, which was closer to me than Berge. There the parts department told me that they couldn't get me a new rim until April 10th. Since I'm driving back home on March 23rd, that wouldn't work. I then went to Berge,the dealer farthest from me, hoping for the best. The parts manager, Ryan Ploof, checked and said it would take until April 10th to get the rim, but then asked me if he could look at alternatives for me. Of course I said yes! He came back 15 minutes later, and said he could get the correct rim (just a different color) by the next day. I said, please go ahead and order. I then went to the service department and talked with Paul Rupp. I explained the situation to him, and he scheduled me to get the new rim installed in two days. At the same time, he said they would handle the recall that was out on my 2019 Mazda 3. Took the car in today. The new rim was installed, and the recall service was completed. I can't say enough good things about Ryan, Paul and the team at Berge. Thank you!!

This dealership is a joke, bought a 2017 Jeep Patriot and the extended warranty. 8 months later the CVT trans blew. They fixed it under warranty by replacing it with a reman trans. Get the car back and now it jumps forward between 60-80mph as if it's trying to shift but can't. Took it back, took the tech on a test drive WHO VERIFIED THE ISSUE!!! So I go talk to Lou who happens to be a slime ball snake. He has the audacity to say well there's no check engine light so we can't fix it. Are you joking!?!?! his advice was to drive it until it gets worse and then bring it back. Yea because that's safe. These guys are crooks and liars. I wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires. Spoke with the warranty company and now it's at Dodge where they are dropping the trans to see the extent of idiocy done at Mazda. This place is a pathetic excuse for a dealership. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and reviews on every place possible. Stay far away from here if you want any work done.

Adrian Hernandez was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to all the vehicles. He pointed out small details in every car we looked at to help with my decision making. He was NOT pushy at all and listened to my wants and needs. He helped me narrow down to the perfect vehicle. He even went and got the car from another dealership for me.. The whole experience at the Mazda Automall store was awesome. Usually you go into a dealership with your fists up, not this time! I called and email 3 different times to get the out the door price on a vehicle and all they did was ask alot of question. Never once I mention i was going to finance and they wanted to cross qualify me. Took my business else where. After I told the sale man that he decide not to message back or say thank you for your time. Guess he got sore about not selling. Oh well

So the good news is this dealership is closed. My last service visit for an oil change resulted in the service advisor coming out to the customer lounge to tell me the car needed a number of service items. When I pointed out three of those recommended service were completed at my prior visit with them, the service advisor excused himself. Fifteen minutes later he tells me the mechanic failed to check their computer records. What a load of “bull”.
