We had a terrific experience at VW North Scottsdale. We really appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics employed. Karson Vigil and Aydin Comelek were very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible during the entire sales process (both before and after). And Eric Usoro in Finance was really great to work with as well. We ended up purchasing the exact model and trim we wanted. We are very happy overall with our experience with VW North Scottsdale and highly recommend you purchase your VW from them!

Our auto is a VW Tiguan and the 2nd one we have owned. Prior VW autos we owned over decades were convertible beetle, square backs and Passat. Having work done on our vehicles over many years and I can say the service manager, Jeff at Gilbert VW dealership is very good with us every time. Trust and confidence is huge these days and we feel like Jeff takes great care of us each time. We always ask for him if by chance we dont see him when bring our cars in for service because we trust him. Thank you.

Paul Fernandez was a great deal of help to us in buying a Kia Carnival. Not many of these vehicles produced so far and this one happened to be close to us at a VW dealer. Didn’t matter that it’s not his specialty, he knew the vehicle top to bottom and helped us learn all the features. He made our deal happen in under 3 hours financing and all. Immediate responses and well done video/photo documentation to help us feel comfortable to travel and get it. Kept his cool through a major hiccup where we were accidentally told the vehicle was sold and were quite upset. Paul was apologetic and assured us we would still get our beautiful car! This guy was honest, this guy went above and beyond to get everything done so we could get exactly the financing we needed. We call him Cool Guy Paul around here now and you should too.
