Good Service - Educator
This is the second Lincoln I have bought from this dealership and I would trust no other dealership with my Lincoln purchases. The servicing of my cars have always been impeccable. The crew makes sure that things are working as expected. I could easily go to dealerships closer to my home, but I feel better when this dealership services my car.
Fast Easy Process - pricemaron
It was very nice working with Ricky and his team. The process was easy, the team was friendly, we felt like we were "in charge" of the interaction.
Very professional - ct
Everything was done in a professional manner. The salesman was very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure to make any decisions. I am truly enjoying my new Lincoln MKC and look forward to driving it each day.
They made up for what happened and made us a great deal - tgray4729
I did leave a bad review but they totally made up for it today.. thanks corning ford for understanding what's wrong and fixing the issue... I would recommend anyone to try this place out...
Great, once again - emmett
This is the third truck that I have purchased from Gridley Country Ford, always a pleasant experience. Where else can you find a dealership where the owner takes the time to explain all the workings of your new vehicle in person. All other employees also extremely helpful and nice. must be a fun place to work!
F 150 Purchase - Poole Party
The sales experience that I had from Bobbie Robinson should be a case study taught in a Sales Success Stories. Bobbie is the consummate sales professional. I had all but decided on a top of the line RAM and went to see what Ford had to offer. Bobbie was always setting the benchmark of what the F150 was all about, what the new V6 PowerStroke benefits were in efficiency and longevity and never trash talked the competition. Being a sales person I am very sensitive to the 'car salesman' reputation and am critique sales professionals harshly and quickly for unprofessional and counterproductive efforts. Bobbie did none of the negative and sneaky moves. She upsold me to the Diesel and am blown away with the truck, engine and all the luxury within this vehicle.
The only negative I would add and it is nothing to do with my sales person was when finance try and sell the maintenance and warranty extension. I appreciate they are selling but in my mind selling should be kept in the sales side and not finance. I have a hard time when purchasing a $70K truck when someone keeps telling me that 'this truck has a lot that can go wrong with it because of all the nice electronics and other things that it has and these things are extremely expensive to replace and the 5 year / 60K warranty only covers the main engine and powertrain components and not all the gadgets that can break and cost you a fortune'.
I am actually going to look into both products to see if there is cost justification but the selling angle that my new truck is going to cost me another fortune to fix when it breaks down is NOT the best selling tactic. This is not a shot at the finance person. She was great, respectful and just doing what she was taught. From a 30 year sales guy - this sales tactics should be changed - quickly and you should consider having the sales professionals do the selling. Keep to your core competencies and stay in your lane.
Other than that - I am getting 28 MPG and I really love my truck. Glad I bought the Ford - though the RAM has one heck of a wonderful interior. Ford is catching up and pulled away with the new PowerStroke!.
Satisfied customer - RS
I gave an excellent rating because Danny Gol and Sam were very clear and straightforward. Very accommodating in the test driving. When it came to ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, Danny had good suggestions in a few areas that improved my selection.
Great Value and Customer Experience - Johnc05
Sam was great to work with, knowledgeable with no pressure. He worked with me on my timeline and made sure the entire transaction went smoothly! Great personnel across the dealership!
Oil service with a smile - F250 lover74
Arrive first thing before opening and I was greeted by one of their knowledgeable employees , left my 18’ f250 for an oil change before I had to go to work and it was ready within an hour or so , picked my truck up after I got off work ... love the convince and quick turn around ... I will definitely be returning for future service
Polite, Pleasant & Efficient - Neva H
I had a great experience working with James, the Internet guy. The finance manager was equally organized and efficient. They gave me the time with no pressure to buy. We found my C-Max and I just love it! Thank you Santa Maria Ford!
Unprofessional, neglectful - even if you want to buy a car. - MarinaThree
Why bother - they don't seem to care about your business. Having moved to SB we wanted to get another Ford locally but no one calls me back. I called the warranty salesperson three times ... once even on his cell phone ... no response. So I called the manager to see how I could get help, left a VM, and 4 days later, no response. If this is how they treat a prospective car buyer, imagine how they'd respond (or not) to someone having problems with their purchase. Unprofessional, sloppy, this echos the comments of Trey C. and others' comments here. Don't bother.
They sold the car I was buying! - Not Happy
Wanted a new Jeep. Found one on the internet at Hoblit Motors. Went to Woodland on a Sunday. Tolerated the pressure and told them I liked it. They wanted me to buy right then. Told them I wanted to talk to my bank. Monday talked to bank and insurance company. All was a go. Told Hoblit. They wanted me to come in after work. They close at 7:00 and I come from 60 miles away. Told them I will be in Friday & to consider it sold. They said they'd call Thursday to confirm. They did not call Thursday. I emailed then to confirm all was well. They emailed back it was, and then shortly after to say instead they sold it. Wait, what? xxx? Yup, even though I told them I wanted it and to consider it sold, and that I was coming to get it, they sold it to someone else and then tried to bait-and-switch me into a different one with more miles and without the options I wanted. Does this make them the worst people ever? Probably not, but it means they do not care about their customers at all. They want your money right then, period. Their behavior was consistent with what I have read on other review websites. I suggest everyone consider this if you contemplate doing business with them.
Will NEVER go here again - jadot, mitch
I will never buy parts or a vehicle from this dealership EVER due to the three bad experiences I have had with the service department. Exceedingly poor workmanship, exceedingly poor problem resolution, and a don't care attitude. They did not complete work requested on one visit, on another visit they preformed work that they "assumed" I requested, even though I had given them written instructions and they did not call to verify. They assumed I wanted work that I did not request and I assumed I was dealing with professional, intelligent people, so much for assumptions. NEVER AGAIN!
We appreciate all the hard work from the sales and... - gabecarol
We appreciate all the hard work from the sales and financing departments. Their experience and advice played a vital role in our decision to buy the fifth vehicle from them. They were helpful in our purchase and we highly reccommend the dealership.
Big Change - Mike Hart
Ukiah Ford had a bad reputation and was a terrible place but there has been a change in ownership and "WHAT A CHANGE". We purchased two vehicles here in the past year. We got the best price/deal in Ukiah after trying to buy in Healdsburg, Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Eureka. All I can say is.....give them a chance and you will be pleasantly surprised. Corey, Dwayne, John or Peter are first class guys. And might I say that Enrique (finance) was great too.
