We were very pleased with the recent service completed on our 2018 QX80 and our Service Advisor Mike who was very professional and helpful. It was also very helpful to have the free Lyft service to a nearby location we went to while waiting for our vehicle to be ready. and best of all :) our QX80 looked like brand new with the great wash and detail job they did on it so thank you to the Infiniti of Ontario team!! P.S. we also love the method of communications with the estimate and service updates sent to our phone WITHOUT having to download an app, it made the service work easy to view as they provided photos as well, thought that was very cool... Warren, the service manager, sets the tone there, and I've never experienced such great service anywhere. He's attentive, caring, utterly professional and runs a great shop. The prices are fair, the service is personal. I thought maybe it was my impression only, but the other day I was in the waiting room and heard him patiently explain to another customer why her battery went bad, the difference between batteries and how she can get the most out of her battery. He was respectful of her questions and inquiries. I hope he stays there as long as I own an Infiniti.
