Good price. - kkvegas
Good price. But tried to change price after agreed price and deposit was given. Salesman John texted me a price and breakdown of total for the purchase. I agreed to the deal, gave CC and was charged the 1k deposit to holdvthe deal. I lived out of the dealer state and had to travel 700+ miles to make the deal. On my way traveling I was called back by the salesman John to advise me that they made a mistake in the price and that it would be 2k more than what was agreed upon. I advised him that he better alert the manager as this was not accepts we had a verbal and written agreement. John advised me he was off the following day when I was to arrive. I arrived the following day at the dealership and was greeted and introduced to Brad that was to handle the sale since John was off. Brad had no idea that there was an issue with the agreed price. Brad then went to get the sales manager Steven. Steven told me there was an error in the price by 2k, and that the best ge could do was 500.00 off instead of the 2k. I advised that I would buy the truck with the 500.00 discount, but would not be happy and would make sure others knew that this was not good business. He gave me 1k off, half of the error, I was tired and not wanting to go on forever and agreed to buy the truck. It was a good deal, but not the deal we had agreed on. When you have offer, acceptance and consideration, technically it's a contract, so I am still not happy with that part of the deal. Bradvwas a great guy and was nice in spite of what was going on. The finance guy was nice to deal with as well.
