I have two RDX that I have serviced at the dealership. It is easy to schedule and upon arriving I receive quick service. A ride home is supplied and net result is a quick roundtrip back home. The car is cleaned and detailed to almost look new.

I scheduled a routine maintenance appointment for my 2023 MDX. I mixed up the dates in my mind and arrived a week early. Service Advisor, David Cardenas didn’t hesitate to accommodate and have the team service my vehicle that same day. He and the entire service department were absolutely thorough, timely, and professional. This act was absolutely “above and beyond” exemplifying outstanding service and customer care! I am extremely impressed by these amazing professionals!

Paul was amazing. He took a very stressful situation of breaking down on the first day of vacation, to having everything ready for me on the last day of vacation with being able to do the 15 hour drive home. A little hiccup along the way on my warranty, but it finally came through. Paul deserves a raise after dealing with my frustrations. It was never at him, but the situation and he always remained professional!

They're both helpful and friendly. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here as it's hard to find an honest, trustworthy, and excellent place to bring your vehicle. *Side note - if you're looking for a new vehicle, Nolan is all of these things and more as a salesman. the service was good - the inside of my car on the seats was dirt when I got in don't know if someone set down with dirty pants or what. The service gal got my car mixed up with someone else's and I thought I had to have two more things done than I expected but it was the wrong car.
