The experience I had with this place has completely ruined my 25th wedding anniversary. I purchased a camper in June to celebrate this milestone in October. I only used it briefly in June before taking it to their subpar service department, where it has been ever since. I received it back three weeks ago, and the repairs were shockingly poor—like they were done by an 11-year-old. To make matters worse, they charged me for equipment I paid for but was never installed. They claimed they had replaced it, but the old one was still in use. This feels like theft. I plan to protest outside their store until I get my camper back. If you see me there, please stop by for a chat—I can almost guarantee you won’t want to buy a camper from them after hearing my story. If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. Stay away from them, especially the service department, which clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers. The service department manager has been particularly unhelpful.

I decided to trade my RV and Mr. Kitchen was absolutely amazing. He made sure everything on our checklist was met and treated us very well. My wife and I were very pleased with our visit to Camping World. I would recommend Camping World and Mr. Kitchen to anyone that is looking for an RV.

I will start by saying that this dealerships service department is a train wreck, and I will never bring my camper that I bought from them here again and have written 2 other reviews for the reasons why. If this review was about the service department and dealership it would have a negative 20 Stars! But this review is about DJ McNAMARA. He is a service advisor there and he was very familiar with my relationship with this dealership. During our first camping trip out after getting it back from the dealership, the lights under the awning didn't work. The lights were the several weeks or months hold up for us to get our camper back in the first place. After looking at it today they left the original lights on the camper, which is why they were so gracious as to not charge me for them on the original bill of repairs as the CEO pointed out in his response to my review. Thank you, sir, for not charging me for something that was claimed to be fixed but in reality, was not, hope you didn't throw out your shoulder patting yourself on the back for that charity! DJ MADE IT RIGHT!! Thank you, DJ. He got me new lights and sent someone to install them on the company’s dime. Even though I am very unhappy with this company, credit is due to the employees that work under leadership that struggle to do the right thing. Great Job DJ and Thank you again.

This dealership is a clean environment and friendly. Dawson was our sales rep. Very knowledgeable and Collin was an Englishman that was funny man with friendly voice. Lol Taylor was very helpful with showing us the explanation of hook up., etc. knowledgeable as well as the whole group we worked with. Was a great day all in all Thanks.

Buyer & sellers BEWARE! i setup consignment of my RV for 90 days, was told to drop it off for inspection and they would consign it for 90 days, or purchase it from me for $X dollars upfront. I dropped it off on a Saturday, and inspection was for the following Monday. Tuesday I had heard nothing so i called and was told Matt Jackson the person i needed to speak to was with a customer. I called Wednesday, same story Matt was with a customer. Thursday I reached Matt who stated " Oh good thing you called, I forgot all about this, I`ll have it done today and call you back by 5 pm. Friday I still heard nothing. So this Monday no answer, then on Tuesday ( 8 days after scheduled inspection ) same thing Matt Jackson was busy with a customer. I asked for the store manager who was off. I asked for the managers name and was told they cant provide that information. Then I asked when the manager returned, silence, then was put on hold, then they said tomorrow ( Wednesday ). I contacted customer service to try and find an answer to what was going on. They stated they would call me back in 10 minutes. I received an email stating they talked to Matt Jackson who stated he emailed me a repair quote already. I emailed back advising i received no email. Then later that day Matt finally called me stating he was going to email me a repair quote, and what was my email address. I asked what repairs were needed and he said I`m not going to discuss this with you, you can look at the email. He became rude and unprofessional on the phone, and said we are not going to buy or cosign your RV, unless you pay for the repairs first. Then the next day the store manager called and said the RV needed $10,000 worth of repairs, pay the bill and they would cosign it or i had 2 days to pick it up or they would have it towed away. The RV is 2 years old, used 6 times, all was working when I brought it to them. I`m very confused as to the repairs. I can only guess this is a scam to get your RV in, hit you with a repair bill, then make more money selling it for you. I cant understand doing business this way. Not returning customer calls, fake repair bill, then threatening to have it towed away. Unbelievable. So BEWARE, again I say BEWARE!!!

Just had an outstanding experience at North Trail RV. Worked with Brandon Denney who patiently worked with us in exploring Super C coaches and educated us over a series of several visits. In addition we had the pleasure of meeting Justin Graham who guided us through the purchase agreement and communicated several times in the process until our coach was delivered. Hats off to Mark Voytek for spending the better part of the day instructing us on the coach. Lastly a huge shout out to the guys in service, Mike and Bart and the others for spending the day prepping our tow vehicle and taking time after hours to help with the hook up and tow. The experience was great overall and I highly recommend North Trail RV.

Purchased a 2007 car here. The car was a lease which was being traded in. I was fortunate enough to actually meet the previous owner who told me all about the car while I was there. As far as I know they had been honest about everything (even when i questioned the previous owner about the same history of the car)No one lied to me at all !. They pushed the warranty which i bought, however even with excellent credit i had a interest rate which was kind of high. I found out later that they probably could have offered me a lower rate if i had held out for a bit. Wish i had known that sooner!. Overall good experience.

Back in April I bought a brand-new 2022 Wildwood Toy - Disappointed Customer

Back in April I bought a brand-new 2022 Wildwood Toy Hauler from Camping World of Fort Myers for about $26,000 which included a $2,000 un-negotiable mark-up for supposedly things like delivery, prep and check out.... that's what I figured anyway. The day I picked it up I noticed the air conditioner wasn't working... I told them about it and they replaced it while I was signing the papers for the purchase. I had noticed also that the refrigerator wasn't getting cold but figured it needed more time to cool and I was confident, that part of that $2K mark-up included them checking it out real good... not the case... they let me roll out of there with a 2022 trailer that had a broken fridge.... I live about an hour and a half away from Fort Myers. I had to take it in and now I'm in "Service xxxx" and being treated like I'm the problem. Also, here it is a month later, I've made my first payment on the loan... and they have not paid off my 2020 trailer trade-in! It's looking like if they haven't paid off my trade-in by May 26th I'm going to have to continue making payments on both trailers! Okay, back to how I'm being treated and why I call trying to get my 2022 trailer fixed "Service xxxx". For example, when explaining to the lady in the Service department what happened she said to me, "You didn't check out the refrigerator yourself?". You see? I pay lot's of money. I'm a very good customer. I'm a return customer because I bought my previous trailer from another one of CEO Mr. Lemonis' monopoply dealerships. Somehow I'm the problem cause I didn't check the fridge.... Another example of "Service xxxx" is phone-tag... after never ever getting a call back from my inquiries I find myself in endless arguments about whether or not they called back, you're messages we're full... you see again I'm the problem. Another example of "Service xxxx" is the waiting.... and waiting... it took a couple of weeks to get the warranty work "approved" before they even ordered the new fridge. Another example of "Service xxxx" is they assign you only one person to your case... that person's out... you wait... you call back... you got to figure out when that person's days off are ... It was the same way when my 2020 trailer was in "Service xxxx" at Gander in Bartow for 4 months on the worthless extended warranty work.. Gander in Bartow is another one of CEO Mr. Lemonis' monopoly dealerships. I called Mr. Lemonis' office because I wanted them to just give me another trailer because not checking out the fridge was their mistake and I shouldn't have to suffer because of their mistake. I was very hopeful, after all Mr. Lemonis' saying is "If you're not happy I'm not happy!". To make a long story of trying to get help from Mr. Lemonis is a joke I'll give you some examples. One example of Mr. Lemonis NOT giving a xxxx is you will never talk with him, kind-of like when you call your Congress person, you just get a condescending assistant or aid. Yes, condescending... after asking for a new trailer with a working fridge the lady from Mr. Lemonis' office told me that she let me go on... and said that the Mr. Lemonis' RV empire is not like Walmart where you can just go in and return an item and get another one. Wow! She must see herself as coming down to my low level of Walmart shopper to explain to me! I'm sure, she, being a person of such high elevation as a person of the court of the Illustrious Monopolist Mr. Lemonis, does not shop at Walmart. Another example of poor treatment of me by The Court of King Lemonis is that she could not understand that this is not a warranty issue, it is an egregious breech of trust and contract. The trailer that was given to me was not in the agreed upon working condition according to the check-out service that paid I a lot of money for. So here I'm am paying on two trailers and I have neither in my possession. Reminds me of something my former Eastern European wife would say, "There is no love, just money".

I wife and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get into the RV secne. Our sales person was named Tim and we are very pleased with our experience we had with him. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about his products after listening to our needs he recommended the A-Liner series. We purchased the Ranger 12 and fits our needs to a T. All the staff at Como RV was very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products they sell. We would recommend to everyone to call and ask for Tim and tell him we said to call. Great value, selection and awesome experience

Our experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I send an online request regarding a coach to the moment we drove it off the lot, we couldn't ask for a better experience. We work with Chuck, as our salesman, Duane for financing, and Paul was our service and delivery technician. They were so responsive, helpful, courteous, and informative. They gave us a phoenomal deal for our trade and had great price for our new (used) coach - and believe me, I shop everywhere. It was really handy to have a body shop onsite as our unit trading in had a tire blowout and body damage as we were on our way to the dealership - they took it all in stride and still gave us exceptional value for our unit. Duane is one of the most organized financier I have ever encountered. Chuck was at my every beckon call - and I had a lot of calls and questions, and Paul hung with us with every question, went through every feature in the coach and made sure we were not but completely satisfied before he left. They loved our dog and even thought of little things like giving a ride to the hotel and bringing us waters. We will, without a doubt be back when we are ready for the next one!

Tried to purchase a class A from Justin Blackmon and was lied to about reason they could not deliver on time. One person said it was a recall and Justin revealed that they had wrecked it. When I asked what they would do for us they offered a small discount or our deposit back. He lied about talking with the owner and completely dismissed us after flying 3000 miles to pick it up. We ended up driving 200 miles in a rental car and buying a different rv from the same dealer but in a different location, who treated us great. The salesman in Davie was Josh and was great, and apologized for the Davie locations behavior.

Camping World of Cocoa Florida is the worst. - Michael M

Camping World of Cocoa Florida is the worst. The customer service is poor, management gives you a run around and doesn’t stand by their word. Damage was caused by their negligence in not securing the slide all the way into the camper before leaving outside in their parking lot for two-months in torrential Florida rains. Many pictures were sent to Camping World via e-mail of the damage and shotty workmanship they caused and performed. Shotty workmanship left screws not screwed in all the way and a screw in a bracket left out. Camping World did agree to repair the damage. Camping World said they would order the stock material for repair and notify me when material was received. I kept calling inquiring if material was received. Camping World said I could drop off for repairs and that I would receive an e-mail with confirmation of the appointment, which I never received. Once I requested an e-mail stating this would be of no cost to me, it went silent, very silent. Camping World management quit taking my phone calls and wouldn’t respond to e-mails. Very crooked business. Steer clear of this dealership and Camping World if you expect good customer service without hassle.

One star is too many! Store in New Port Richey/Holiday Florida sold us a pre-owned travel trailer that had a hole in the roof!!! We did not use the trailer right away due to work conflicts. Our first trip out we found much water damage and leaking. Due to some repairs we needed right after our purchase, we ended up with pictures of the roof that the insurance company used to see it was damaged prior to our possession. Camping World took NO responsibility at all and simply said WE should have seen this in our walk thru at purchase. On the roof!!! Of the few things we did ask about during our walk thru the salesman brushed it all off and said it was “just cosmetic” and they’d inspect with a fine tooth comb before we signed papers. Their corporate office would do nothing. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! F rating in Better Business Bureau!!

Took Camper in on Mar 29 2012 to have bearings in living room slide replaced. I was told it would take 4 hours to replace when parts arrived. Was called on 13 April 2012 that wrong parts were recieved and would have to be reordered but there were no numbers on slides. Well I went to camping world and talked to Mickey (service advisor) I took him to the Motorhome and showed him where the numbers were located and read off the numbers. As I was leaving the motorhome I walked by the right front corner and the front corner was damaged. someone at camping world had run into the front end. I had a set of tires installed in Dec. 2010 and since that time everytime I check tire pressure the valve won"t seal and I lose air. I have complained to camping world 4 times and they say there isn"t anything they can do. I googled valve stems with filters and found they were supplied with the balancing material.

Tineke from the Title department does not return calls back. 2.Bought my Motorhome on May 1, 2020 and still cannot register it because my county has not received the title paperwork and Sales tax. Will have to pay a late penalty because of the delay.
