Straight forward deal. I found the deal online. I was able to quickly get a price work up remotely. I looked at the car vs others in the area and found it was compelling enough to not negotiate it. Since we needed a car that day, we found the convenience factor of working with somebody who just lists a decent price right up front compelling. Even though it was a 1 hour 20 minute drive, we decided to trust Chris and the team and to come and buy the car. We're glad we did. It was the least painful experience I've had at a dealership.

My rating is zero stars. This dealership is dishonest and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them.. Faith Stein, James Lee and Otis Flowers were the people who scammed me. I found out my vehicle had been damaged after Faith told me the vehicle had no damage. I was told I would get a free 3 year warranty and maintenance with the purchase of the vehicle by Otis Flowers and was charged for those services. I was also charged a higher price when the ad I replied to stated a lower price. Whenever I tried to reach out to the dealership regarding my issues James Lee would hang up on me. If you plan to purchase take a lawyer with you, if not you will be taking advantaged of. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed. Unsatisfied customer.

Misdiagnosed problem on my Cadillac. Tried to sell me more parts that were NOT defective. Then it took nearly two MONTHS to get my refund. Couldn't get call backs. Operator refused to transfer me to dealership manager!! Have dealt here for several years. Will NOT return there for many reason!! Buying elsewhere.
