I bought a new Mazda from this dealership last year and was promised 5 free oil changes. When I went to use them, I discovered that only 3 had been applied to my account. Since then, I’ve tried calling, leaving messages, emailing the finance manager, and even going in person, but after being told it would be rectified, I never heard back. It’s been three months of follow-ups with no resolution and no response.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to this dealership for my oil changes, but I did every single time because they asked me to since it supposedly helped with their retention metrics. I did my part to help them, and in return, I’ve been ignored and left without the service I was promised. I don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other Mazda dealerships offering the same cars and better service.
