The most impressive was the care and concerned that I received from Misty my service consultant. My rating for her would be a 15+. She is a very humble, respectable, professional and timely person. She responded to my concerns in a very timely manner and kept me updated. I’ve had other service persons make me feel like I was a bother but Misty made me feel like she was happy that I came FSF for service. Initially, I spoke to Misty and friends telling me to check out 2 other service dealerships. There prices were a little less than FSF, but it was the conversation and caring friendliness from Misty that made me come back to Five Star. Some people are born with that gift and she is truly one of them. Everyone was nice and professional but she really stood out.

SALES DEPARTMENT: We LOVE our Lincoln Nautilus. We were greeted by Nelson Rivero. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not too pushy and gave us time to really look the car over before making a decision. Since we do not live in Gainesville, Nelson allowed us to text him back and forth with pictures of the vehicle we wanted to trade and worked with the general manager to give us a fair price. Many car buying experiences feel as if the dealership does not care, but this is not the case here. Russ (financal manager) went above and beyond to find all of the rebates in which we qualified and to efficiently complete the paperwork in a short amount of time. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Bought a 5 month old Acura that was told to me was in showroom condition and has major paintwork done The dealership won’t admit to it and the previous owner said they are covering it up. The GM has denied any assistance saying it’s factory but a body shop has proven otherwise. They should step up and take care of customers. The salesperson was fine and transaction was mostly smooth but this is what separates companies when they don’t stand behind a mistake they make. Move on to another dealer

Made an appointment to have my door lock on my 2020 F150 checked as it wound not lock or unlock on passenger front. They called and said it was fixed.changed some settings. Picked up the vehicle and still had the same issue. Didn't even check the reason it was brought in. Told me they would pick it up and get it fixed on the following Friday. Get a text on Friday telling me they could not get to it. Made another appointment for the following Monday. Took it in and was told the warranty company was closed and it was going to be a 195.00 diagnostic fee and 700 plus to fix if it was the actuator. All I have gotten was a runaround. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I will no longer purchase Fords again.

I ordered my parts the week before I was scheduled for service. I called the day before to make sure my parts were there. When I arrived Shannon took my car to the back then she came back and said your parts are not here. I then asked her why did she say they were here when I called her the day before. I went to the service department and I asked the tall guy why he didn't call me and let me know the part was not here. He then checked the system and said your parts are in Union City Ford and I could go and pick them up myself. Then Shannon said if you do then we can't fix it today. And she gave me my key and I asked her if the guy checked my tires since my light was on. I asked her if she cared about me as a customer and if she was concerned about my safety. Then another lady heard us talking and she called the manager Mandy. Mandy then sent someone to go and get my parts and my car was fixed. When I left after six hours and it was raining so I was using the wipers. The next day I was going to use the car then I noticed my steering wheel was not close properly so the windshield wipers would not go off. I called Shannon back and she said she was ordering my other part and they will look at the wipers then. I called her back two days later to ask about the other part and she said she would call me when the part comes in and it has been three weeks and I have not heard from Shannon or Mandy. I will not be back at Mike Patton for anything. I have been a loyal customer since Mike Patton sold Mazda's. I was at the dealership getting the vehicle serviced for over 6 hours. They didn't even offer me a soda or ten percent off. NOTHING

Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over my engine and then on the way home home it got all over my vehicle. They took my vehicle back the next day to clean it and it is still a mess they didn't clean anything. It is evident that they don't care about your investment because you spend 50 to 60 thousand so now that they have your money they could care less about helping you keep it appropriately maintained! They didn't even fill the oil completely so be aware! They should fix the problem that THEY created!!! If I was their boss they would all have been terminated immediately!!!!
