Had a full body paint done on a 2004 Chevorlet Tahoe. Very pleased. These guys are the best. You won’t get better service or quality in craftsmanship. It’s hard to find someone these days with as much passion in what they do. Rick Eves is by far the best. His customer service and craftsmanship is old school. You don’t get any better than that. We are very pleased. Highly recommended.

The most impressive was the care and concerned that I received from Misty my service consultant. My rating for her would be a 15+. She is a very humble, respectable, professional and timely person. She responded to my concerns in a very timely manner and kept me updated. I’ve had other service persons make me feel like I was a bother but Misty made me feel like she was happy that I came FSF for service. Initially, I spoke to Misty and friends telling me to check out 2 other service dealerships. There prices were a little less than FSF, but it was the conversation and caring friendliness from Misty that made me come back to Five Star. Some people are born with that gift and she is truly one of them. Everyone was nice and professional but she really stood out.

I have had 3 Lincolns from Pugmire Lincoln and they are a really fine dealership. I drove my Corsair in for a scheduled service an entire day early!!! Bernard Wingard and Bob Heinze worked my service in the same day and rather quickly. I didn't have to wait too long. I have had excellent service from the Pugmire service department over 3 vehicles. TLDR: Allan Vigil Ford clearly doesn't value their customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the recall to replace a clip on an interior trim piece would take 24 - 48 hours when the job should take less than 5 minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient when I'm going on vacation in less than two days. The Service Advisor, Julius Nave, said the truck would be finished 5pm the next day due to my vacation. I called at 5:30 PM the next day and not only did they not complete the recall, they had to order the clip and it may not be here tomorrow either. I'm delaying leaving for my vacation for several hours in hopes that the clip will be on the morning part delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this dealership's service department. Coming from a Jeep I thought their service department was bad but this Ford Dealership is the worst I've been to. I've never had to such a bad experience from a dealership.

Made an appointment to have my door lock on my 2020 F150 checked as it wound not lock or unlock on passenger front. They called and said it was fixed.changed some settings. Picked up the vehicle and still had the same issue. Didn't even check the reason it was brought in. Told me they would pick it up and get it fixed on the following Friday. Get a text on Friday telling me they could not get to it. Made another appointment for the following Monday. Took it in and was told the warranty company was closed and it was going to be a 195.00 diagnostic fee and 700 plus to fix if it was the actuator. All I have gotten was a runaround. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I will no longer purchase Fords again.

I chose Billy Howell because of a bad experience with a previous Ford dealer. Went in to get a spare key for my 2018 Ford Escape. Parts employee quoted me $213.95 including tax. That was about what I was told it should cost. When I got the bill it was $462.90!!! I couldn’t believe it. When I told the cashier what I was quoted, her response was “that was only for the part, not programming the key”. REALLY? I’m 81 years old, did they expect me to know how to program this thing? All the parts guy had to say was “ programming is an additional $213.95”. I could have chosen not to get the spare key. I feel like they withheld the REAL price until I got the key knowing I would pay for it. Sad to say, but if you need parts or repairs, go somewhere else. I should have gone to a locksmith.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.
