I always dread buying a car because, well you know. These guys were great. We arrived on the lot and looked around quite a bit before we were approached. Aaron brought out key fobs so we could look inside of a few we were interested in. That helped me rule out actually the one we went to see. We ended up driving one car that night. After a couple days of the usual back and forth, which was pretty low pressure, and trust me I hate being pestered, we arrived at a deal. The whole process was painless. I took the car for a week, then it was going back for a modification. Aaron brought me a loaner to my house. When it was finished, Eric brought my new car back and made sure I knew how everything worked. He had a nice long checklist. This made lots of sense to me to drive it for a week and become familiar with it, then see what I still needed to know.

We were met by Brandan Heaton a sales associate. He is a "non pressure" salesman who seemed to be more interested in making sure we like the vehicle. With the help of Donnie one of the managers, we were able to come to an agreement. There is a new vehicle in our garage. Everyone was pleasant and we felt very comfortable and welcome.

At firtst I was reluctant to visit based upon a previous experience about 14-15 months prior.
I am glad though that I did. The showroom was busy on that Saturday, June 30, 2018.
The first person to meet and greet me was John Karoumi, the General Sales Manager. After spending a isgnificant amount of time with me he called for a sales person to take me for a test ride on the F-Type. The saleman's name is Lev Akdemir. Once again Lev spent plenty of time with me driving the vehicle and explaining the car to me. The treatment by both gentlemen was exemplary.
Both of the men made the purchase painless and seamless. Since my purchase of the vehicle both men have followed up with me to ensure I am a happy customer.... which in case you cannot tell I am. I would hihly recommend these two gentlemen if and when you are in the market for either a Jaguar or Land Rover or even their nice collection of used vehicles.

I bought a Jaguar F-Type online from Fields Jaguar and flew in to Chicago take delivery of the car. Everything was exactly as was described and Joe Fuentes was very courteous and professional. Since I had a long drive back home, I requested having everything done and ready up front by passing the usual sales pitch for all the add-on items (paint protection, undercoat, extended warranty, tour of the service department....). I have made this request of other dealerships, but Fields was the first to honor my request. I felt as though Joe and the CFO cared about me and my needs more than squeezing every dime out of my pocket. I look forward to doing business at Fields again in the future!

No one who works there has any pride in doing a job correctly. They do not care about service customers in any way. They will not ever pick up a phone call, and there is no point in leaving a voice mail, no one will ever call back.
The fact that Scott has a job is laughable.

I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
