I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check.
Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence.

Just bought my second Range Rover from Land Rover Northfield and I have to say, I was convinced before that I will always be a Range Rover loyalist but my recent visit just confirmed that I made the right choice. My sales gentleman was Ballard what a delightful person to work with. He pulled out all the stops to make sure that I was a happy customer. My overall experience was superb, top notch. They have mastered how to make customers feel at home, from the General manager all the way down the chain. I highly recommend this dealership to any Land Rover enthusiasts.
Buying a minivan for our growing family - Chuck
My wife and I had twins in February 2019 and have a 3 year old. Our beloved Jeep Cherokee limited became to small so we started to search for a minivan. We narrowed our search to a 2011 or newer VW Routan with very limited exterior color options. We choose the VW do to price and standard features. We were willing to travel for the right deal. I came upon this minivan on Jaguar Land Rover Naperville website. I emailed the dealership and received a call back right away! The receptionist answered a few questions and set me up with one of there salesman. His name is Chris Peterson and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He eagerly answered my questions and sent me more pictures of the van. I live 4.5 hours from the dealership and he informed me that since I was very interested in this van that they would hold it till I could drive down on Saturday even with out putting any deposit down. When my wife, 3 year, and I drove down, Chris stayed in touch with us so we would have his full attention when we got there. He greeted us at the door and showed us the van. We test drove it and liked it. As we worked out the price and paperwork, Chris had the van filled with gas so we wouldn't have to fill it ourselves! The dealership and Chris did a great job of taking care of us and even got my 3 year old a coloring book to keep her occupied. Chris Peterson was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not pushy, took his time with us, made sure we were happy with the van and even checked up with me to make sure we made the 4.5 hour drive back home safely!! If your in need of a vehicle I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Naperville as a dealership and ask for Chris Peterson! You will not be disappointed!!! Great job before, during and after the sale!!

I ALMOST GOT KILLED IN A CAR ACCIDENT BECAUSE THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOPED WORKING IN THE EXTREME HEAVY RAINY WEATHER. I WENT TO RANGE ROVER HINSDALE , IL AND THEY WOULD CARE LESS. THEY SAID COME AFTER ONE WEEK AND A HALF AND GO RENT A CAR OUT OF YOUR PACKET AT ENTERPRISE. WHEN YOU BUY A CAR THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR CAR THEY WILL GIVE YOU A LOANER . WELL, THAT'S A COMPLETE LIE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've had several bad experiences with this dealership regarding my Range Rover. The first (which should have been the last) was when I was hit with a $125 bill just for putting my back license plate on. A few months later I went back to get the front plate put on (after several parking tickets for not having one) and asked if I would be charged an additional $125 for the front plate installment, at which point a different technician told me that installing plates was a free service. I took my car in a few weeks ago for the yearly tuneup and oil change, and was quoted nearly $500 for the service. Shocked, I questioned how an oil change could possibly be that much and insisted I didn't pay a fraction of that the year prior. I was told that prices had gone up (which was clearly due to the massive reno the dealership is currently undergoing). I ended up forgoing the tire rotation, a filter and the "test drive the technicians do to make sure the vehicle is free of rattles and whistles" to save myself a little over $200. Still, my total was $368. Myself and family have been Land Rover owners for over 25 years. So after speaking with my father, he said he would let me know what his yearly tune up and oil change cost would be as he was scheduled to take his in to his dealer the following week. His total -$158. BAD BUSINESS, point blank. My fathers dealer suggested I call Land Rover directly to file a complaint, which I will be doing. I will be using a different dealership from here on out, even if that means driving to Lake Bluff to use Knauz. Do yourself & wallet a favor and avoid this Land Rover dealership!!
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
