Excellent from dealership manager to Amanda in service and the gentleman who diagnosed my issue and repair to Ann at reception. Of several Jaguar dealership I’ve had between my 2 Jaguars all of the dealerships very good BUT THIS ONE is certainly top notch for their personnel.

Tim, Todd, and Jeff cordially and transparently guided us - wangste002

Tim, Todd, and Jeff cordially and transparently guided us through every step of custom ordering our 2026 Subaru Forester Touring Hybrid—from the initial test drive and selecting accessories to providing production and delivery updates and demonstrating the vehicle’s key features upon delivery. Their professionalism, communication, and knowledge made the entire purchasing experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend Napleton Subaru to anyone considering a Subaru for their outstanding customer service, transparent sales process, and deep understanding of their vehicles.

Absolutely the saddest people in the Service Department. - cedricmuse

Absolutely the saddest people in the Service Department. It seems that they have mechanics who should be Janitors. Also they have Service people who want to text instead of calling. There Service manager wants to talk to you like he's your friend..It seems to me that the whole staff should be Fired...So So sad

I regret bringing my vehicle to Jaguar Land Rover Chicago - cmastio1

I regret bringing my vehicle to Jaguar Land Rover Chicago (Howard Orloff). After a CVVL part was replaced under warranty, my engine ultimately failed due to a cracked intake valve in the same cylinder that had a documented misfire at the time of service. Yet that misfire code mysteriously disappeared from my final invoice and was replaced by a different one that was never referenced anywhere else. At this time, the dealership has refused to answer questions about this inconsistency or provide documentation required by Land Rover’s own service protocols. Critically, that protocol (TSB SSM75724) requires an engine oil sample to be taken to screen for underlying damage — a step that was never completed. This omission eliminated the opportunity to catch early signs of engine distress, which could have prevented a catastrophic failure. I now have an engine that has failed, on the very same cylinder whose diagnostic code was omitted from my final service invoice. At this point, I have written confirmation from the service manager that they will not respond further. It’s extremely troubling to see a luxury dealership dismiss this level of concern — especially when proper procedures likely would have prevented the damage. I encourage anyone considering service here to proceed with caution and get everything in writing.

Akrim A. His thoughtfulness and genuine care averts disaster - medicine hat

Akrim A. deserves a great dept of gratitude from me. I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check. Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence. Akrim and everyone at Howard Orloff, you've been great to me for 26 years!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for keeping me safe this time. I'd say this one is in the "Extraordinary" category. Efren Molina Loyal Howard Orloff customer

Just bought a 2022 Range Rover evoque! - Heatherdpajak

Just bought a 2022 Range Rover evoque! Great car dealership. Everyone was very friendly. Luis C. Is the best car salesman we have ever had. He was able to answer all our questions and made our experience great. He also followed up to see if I had any questions. Highly recommend them.

Everyone in the service department is very polite and - Thorngren8

Everyone in the service department is very polite and seem professional. My experience when I called twice in one day to get a status on repairs was not positive. Each time, no-one from service picked up. I left a message for call back but no-one did. The receptionist, when you call, is stationed across the street and lets you know each time that she can’t help you further— because she is across the street. They are not rude, just not helpful. If you have time to take off work to go visit you can bypass the lack of communication. But you shouldn’t have to. After initial analysis of required repairs, I asked to speak to the mechanic because the service department communicator did not understand what the mechanic was trying to convey. That didn’t happen. Again, the lady was very polite, and sweet to talk to, but not knowledgeable enough to answer my questions about the repairs. And that was the end of the conversation. Not helpful.
