Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

It was an absolute pleasure working with James to option out and order a brand new M3 Comp X drive. While I ended up buying elsewhere (I found my dream car in the exact specs I wanted), James was extremely pleasant to work with and made the order process very simple when getting a G80 M3 from the factory was not as simple.
