★★★★★ Kenny Jordan is an outstanding car salesman, and - DavidR

★★★★★ Kenny Jordan is an outstanding car salesman, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. My wife and I bought **two cars from him in just two weeks**—that says a lot about the trust he earned and the care he showed throughout the process. Kenny’s attention to detail was exceptional. He took the time to understand what we needed, answered our questions thoroughly, and made sure every part of the experience felt smooth and straightforward. His positive attitude and genuine attentiveness made us feel valued, never rushed or pressured. If you’re shopping for a Toyota, we highly recommend asking for Kenny Jordan. He went above and beyond for us, and we’d gladly work with him again! David R

I recently took my car for a detailing service and - team30a

I recently took my car for a detailing service and initially was not pleased with the outcome. I voiced my concern and the issues were addressed promptly, graciously, and thoroughly. So many dealerships tout their prowess with customer service but when it comes time to deliver they disappear. Not with Kunes. Their customer service was exemplary and I was treated with respect and they made everything right just as they said they would. This dealership, in my opinion, is outstanding. Thank you to the service department for your commitment to your customers.

I had an excellent experience working with sales - Marriah Grant

I had an excellent experience working with sales representative Sergio Montiel and Finance Manager Duane Price. They were extremely helpful, hospitable, informative, and respectful, and genuinely took their time throughout the entire process. Both made the vehicle purchasing experience smooth and stress-free. They truly listened to what I wanted and made sure everything stayed within my comfort level. Overall, a job very well done by both of them.

I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a - Steve R.

I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a 2022 Tesla Model S from Pauly Toyota, despite being an out-of-state buyer. The entire process, managed seamlessly through text and phone calls, was incredibly smooth, largely thanks to Ben Salomon. Ben was exceptionally responsive and handled every detail with impressive efficiency. His honesty and transparency throughout the purchase were greatly appreciated, making what could have been a complicated transaction feel effortless and trustworthy. I truly had a great experience working with him. I also want to extend my thanks to Tom Hirshberg from their internet sales team for his excellent support when I was in person at the dealership. For anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Pauly Toyota. Their team goes above and beyond to ensure a positive and hassle-free car-buying journey.

Tammy Leonard's customer service is exemplary. - laurel

Tammy Leonard's customer service is exemplary. Driving from Lincoln NE, to Oakland City our Prius stopped working on the highway. Tammy's kindness and accommodation was an oasis in our stress. Our car is currently being fixed and if the rest of the service team is similar to Tammy I know our car will be road ready very soon. Thank you so much Tammy!
