HOWEVER, I was very disappointed because the dealer only gave me 1 set of keys!! They failed to tell me this before I went through with the entire process. So if I was to ever misplace the key I would have to pay $250 for a new one.(I don't think that was fair) When I asked the manager (CHUNG) he had no professional response, he was very unconcerned, and he basically told me to take it or leave it AFTER I had finished all the financial paper work! I thought all vehicles are supposed to come with 2 sets of keys?!?!

Everything was fine until we drove away. Once you leave, they don't answer phone calls nor return messages. Had to chase them down for three weeks to get our "We Owe" ticket fulfilled that they promised would be ready in four days. After two weeks, they tell us the part is on back order and then the very next day we get an automated call saying the part is in. Funny how that works. Finance guy gave us incorrect information regarding the warranty we purchased, call him to question it and now he won't return our calls or messages. And good luck getting in touch with a manager, they don't return calls either. So far, vehicle is fine but their customer service is worse than subpar.
Update: Received call from finance a few days after posting this review. At least they look at their reviews.

I had an appointment and still waited for 3 hours for a 1 and 1/2 hour recall repair. At the same time I'm asking why my car is not done after 2 plus hours, another woman who was waiting an hour and her car was still parked outside complained and was told she has no room to complain until her 1 and half hour was up or she could leave.

I'm in my 50's and my husband and I have experience with car dealers, closing deals, service centers, etc. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Frustrated with the silly dealings of not posting information on used cars, haggling prices and extras, and just an overall feeling of mistrust, brought us to John Clayborne on a late evening in the winter. Galesburg Toyota's website CLEARLY had information about several vehicles, and when I called to inquire, they were as posted- available and as described. They also had the best used vehicle selection in a 90 mile radius of our home!
Upon arrival, John insisted that he pull all 3 of the models I was interested in, inside for me to inspect at leisure, in a warm environment, and then we drove 2 vehicles I was considering. John was very informed about the vehicles and pointed out features they had, and helped me compare features and options, and did not make me feel like he was needing to hurry me in any way. My husband and I both decided that night that we liked this young man and we were going to buy a car from him.
Afterwards I began dealing with the service area to detail the interior and exterior of the car. I was picky about some features, and they professionally resolved any issues and I enjoyed dealing with every single person I spoke with on the phone. They sincerely acted like I was the only customer they had, and it was their intent to make things as easy on me as possible.
We drive about an hour to use this dealership, and I look forward to a long relationship as I love my car! I feel that a car purchase is a big deal. I don't do it everyday, and I need something reliable and that includes reliable service and integrity on the part of the dealership taking care of you. I did not buy a new car. I bought a car that is new to me, and that is what matters to me.

Zach Hudson and the entire staff at Classic Toyota did a great job. We bought a new Highlander and most of the process was conducted online due to the fact we were out of town. Zach answered all of our questions in a timely manner and provided us with all the necessary information to complete the purchase. The vehicle was ready when we arrived and they quickly did an appraisal on our trade which was what they quoted us online. Sales manager quickly went through the paperwork and we were done in less than an hour. I appreciate their honesty and the fact we got a great deal. I received a text to go pay cashier, I had to wait for someone to tell me where to go, I paid and picked up the paper work , it said so many things need to be changed and fixed but we do not have the parts.
