Yes, I felt Greg in service and Jesse Moore in service went above and beyond. Jesse then hooked me up with Matt Tilipaugh who went above and beyond in sales. Greg offered his assistance with great personal service. Jess then took over to make sure I had the right salesperson who could help me quickly and efficiently. I felt it was great teamwork and professional service from the time I walked in the door. Thanks I appreciated it so much !

Horrible customer service at Mazda parts - Hate bad service
Went there to buy a couple of keys for a 2005 Mazda MPV. Asked the parts guy if they had a chip in the key. He had NO CLUE Ordered them because we needed another set and but when they came in just the part that goes into key fob not an actual key like you would figure a stock key to look like. Had also asked about a new key fob that was over $100.00 plus about $80.00 to program he said it takes about 40 minutes to program. I got to thinking that’s a lot of money for a key and I will be at court at 12 years old so I did some research on the Internet and found two key Fobs for $40 With the key in them. We took him and got the key cut which cost us $20 and reprogrammed the key Fobs by ourselves in less than a minutes. Took the two keys that we bought from Art Hill mazda back We paid $117 for two peas and just the top key part of the key Phibes and he wouldn’t give us a full refund because it had been more than 10 days since we ordered them but not 10 days since I had picked them up and it supposed to be a 20%restocking fee he charge me $40 to restock both keys Saying it was a specialty item because they had to order it. Well here’s are not specialty items just because they don’t carry them and had to order them from the factory that does not make it a specialty item. Stay away from this dealership they are total total total rip off’s. To take advantage of honest hard-working people. I would never spend Another dime you there let alone buy a vehicle from these horrible horrible horrible horrible people
Stay away from service manager Joe Furco He is a thief and a liar

They Damage my car and Refuse to fix it. - Gina
I wish I had read these reviews before taking my car here. Stay far away as possible. Had to take my car here because the person who was at fault had USAA insurance and this is their preferred provider. They fixed the front of my car fine. But also somehow damaged the sides, and broke off my antenna. They tried to tell me it was like that even though looking at the photos you can see it wasn't. Now I have to take my time and go through small claims court. I will continue to warn as many people as I can to stay away from blossom on shadeland.
Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet... - Josh_M
Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet you're probably in the market for a new vehicle. Well, I'm not here to tell you if Gates is the place for your new purchase, but I am quite prepared to say you should never try to get a vehicle serviced at this dealership!
I came to Gate and attempted to have my low-mileage, under-warranty vehicle diagnosed for a knocking sound. After a 2.5 hour wait (was told 1 hour, and watched another customer enter, get service, a loaner, and leave before me) a serviceman approached me and outright refused to diagnose the issue, stating their refusal was due to 'snow on the ground', and that I should come back when it's nicer outside. Seriously! As soon as I left their service center and hit the road at 20mph, the knocking was CLEARLY audible! After calling the service center to set a date and time *they* find appropriate, and not being given one, I requested to speak to the floor manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but said he could not arrange a diagnostic until the following week, which I found unacceptable.
I'm sure their salesman are quite genial and the deals superb, but I would suggest staying away from their service center: they seem selective about who they want to serve and who they do not.
VERY poor service experience - Scott123
VERY poor service experience. I Recommend NOT using Hubler Mazda in warranty or out of warranty. Bearing(?) noise in front end was diagnosed as bad tires without even a test drive. I had to talk them into taking it for a test drive. They swapped tires and test drive still demonstrated noise. After further investigation they said noise was 'normal', and CHARGED me $95. VERY poor customer support. Since they charge within warranty period, I STRONGLY recommend not buying a car there are using them for service. I am out $95, and car still makes the same noise. Car has 29k miles and is 2.5 years old.

Magna Motors Service Department - Mr. Englert
On Wednesday 08/06/2020 my wife called Magna Motors Service Department around 12:06 pm because our 2016 Mazda CX-5 check engine light appeared. She had a 3 min phone conversation with the associate at the desk, can not recall their name, on if we took the vehicle to the 4500 E Division St. Evansville, IN 47715 location, we would not be charged with the diagnostics charge. The associate stated that we would NOT be charged for the diagnostics, and we scheduled an appointment for 08/12/2020 @8:00 am. We got a call around 11:00 am on 08/12/2020, stating they ran the diagnostics and found the issue. Which was, by their best guess, a rodent had gone up behind our gas tank and chewed a whole in the evap hose. Once we showed up at the Evansville location around 12:15 pm, we spoke with a Jason Hall about the issue, and he estimated the repair would cost $566.78. He presented us with our options but unfortunately it was not covered under warranty since it was caused by a rodent. We decided to possibly get other quotes and wanted to shop around. Once we told Mr. Hall about his he told us we owed $130.00 for the diagnostics, which we were told by the associate on the phone that we would NOT be charged. He stated this was standard and asked who we spoke too, my wife couldn't recall the name of the associate. Mr. Hall then spoke to his GM. Mr. Hall stated his GM said their was nothing they could do but take the $130.00 off of the $566.78 repair and labor since they couldn't confirm that anyone told us the diagnostic would NOT be charged. We were frustrated with is for obvious reasons, and Mr. Hall also stated they had phone records of every conversation, and couldn't hear anything about the associate stating it would be free of charge. Once he disclosed this information to us, we requested to hear the conversation because my wife was confident she was told it would be free of charge. Again, Mr. Hall went and spoke to his GM, once he returned he said their IT department was pulling the records and we could wait in the waiting room. At this point, my wife had to take my car back to work because she had a 1:00 pm meeting. I waited in the service waiting room for around 15 mins, then I was introduced to the GM. I can not recall his name, but he shook my hand and he stated again, there was nothing they could do. He then stated they couldn't really hear the conversation, just the duration of the phone call which was 3 mins long. He also mentioned he could assure me his associate did not state it would be free because diagnostics is standard and charged. I told him I was very frustrated and he just apologized and again, mentioned they could take off the charge if we went with them of the repair. I then told him, I will be taking my business else where and he walked away. I ended up and paid for the charge, since at this point there was nothing they could do for me and clearly they weren't going to refund the charge. It was obvious they lied about having phone records that they listened too because once we challenged that, they stated they couldn't hear the convo just the duration of the call. Once I paid, they were pulling up my Mazda and I asked Mr. Hall if they really had phone records or was that just something they said so we would pay. He ensured me they did, even through clearly they lied about it and we caught them. This is NOT AWAY to do business.
To make it even worse, once I got back into our Mazda, there was trash in my cup holder, an empty Gatorade bottle that looked like it was lime. Then, when I got home and reviewed the statement they printed off, it stated we received a complimentary car wash. Which we clearly DID NOT, since there was still bird poop on our car and bug splatters on the front of the car. I then called Mr. Hall back, he was at lunch and he returned my call. I mentioned to him we did not receive our car wash, and he stated they were going to do it but I seemed to be in a hurry. Yes, I was but also frustrated from them lying to us about the phone records and leaving trash in our car.
Please do not do business with this service department!!!
con artists - a real perosn
I took my car here twice to be serviced. Both times were rotten experiences. The first time I went to get new brakes and rotors. Something didn't feel right and I took it to another shop after who indeed pointed out that they did not put new rotors on but charged me!!! The second time I went to have a light bulb installed because the passenger side light was out. They pull me out to the garage to show me the problem and the driver side light was taken off to reveal the electrical lines were not intact. But WHEN I TOOK THE CAR IN THE DRIVER SIDE LIGHT WAS THE ONE THAT WORKED!!! Save yourself a headache and take it to the dealer in Indianapolis.
