Buyer beware!!This dealership is a joke and a scam! 38 year veteran ,credit score 800 and pre-aproved thru GMAC. Wanted to purchase 2020 GMC denali 3500 crew cab dually. Dealer wouldn't sell for advertised price. They had me answer 4 questions about my history. Called back an hour later said I missed two question and I was a fraudulent buyer???? First of all my answers were correct! Bought the exact same truck in crystal granite the very next day from Laura GMC in Illinois. Highly recommend Laura GMC, biggest volume dealer in the U.S. Steer away from Legacy fraudsters and game players.Bruce Emmons salesman and sales management terrible. Advertise low price to get you to call and find an excuse when they know your highly qualified buyer to avoid a cheap sale. One star is to high!

Fantastic dealership! I have purchased 4 new vehicles and one used vehicle from Courtsey in the past 10 years. Salesman Angelo Frazier is top notch! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to contact Angelo. He is honest, professional and informed and he does not employ the high pressure sales tactic. The service department is fantastic as well. I've never had an issue with any kind of service or repair work not done correctly or on time! Darryl Williams makes sure that all the details are taken care of so I don't have to give it a second thought. The dealership physical plant is new, clean and the people are very friendly. Few days later engine light came on code p0008 came on when to a mechanic and checked the light,this vehicle has serious problems called the dealership they said they new nothing of this problems be warned stay away from bohn dealership

Buyer Beware!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEY
I purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango (a lemon) from this dealership on July 21st. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I drove from Pascagoula, MS under the impression that the cosmetic damage was fixed. It is only right to assume that I was lied to in order to get me there, because there’s a review on this page stating a similar experience.
When I arrived to test drive the vehicle I immediately noticed the damage. Eric, the salesman I spoke with over the phone, told me he thought I was calling about a Ram although I specifically said a BLACK 2015 DODGE DURANGO that is showing cosmetic damage on front bumper on the CarFax report. The sales manager, Kirk, promised to fix the bumper and to touch up anything else on the vehicle. I made him aware of the tail light having a small crack in it. He stated that the crack was nothing to worry about because water wouldn’t get in it. That turned out to be a lie! It rained the very next day and the light filled up with water!
When I took my vehicle back (keep in mind that I live in Mississippi) to have the damage fixed I was assured that it would be completed in 2 days. Well 2 days actually turned into 9! I was patient due to the weather conditions and still holding onto hope that I vehicle that I paid over $10k cash for would be in excellent condition once the dealership was done with everything.
I was wrong again!!! Not only did they have my truck for a total of 9 days, but they simply spray painted (no exaggeration) over the cosmetic damage! The scrapes and scratches were still very very noticeable!The tail light still had water in it! After bringing this to their attention I was told that the service guy replaced only the cracked side. That made zero sense if both sides had water in them! A nice salesman by the name of Keenan offered to take my truck back to service and to have them “fix” the light. Couldn’t get any worse right? Think again...the truck is actually a lemon. It is stalling after only 2 weeks of having it and the check engine light has miraculously came on. I now will have to wait until next week before the Dodge dealership in my area can service it.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! I believe they have some nice vehicles but they also have lemons and will not hesitate to take your money for one.

This dealership is unethical and lacks professionalism on all levels. Went into dealership on a Saturday and test drove used SUV, was told price for SUV was higher than was listed on website, told sales person that's impossible. After a rude experience and being told the demand for cars now out matches supply so they do not have to deal (yes, that is what I was told), I left. On following Monday, website showed same SUV $500 lower than previously listed. I called and asked for a different sales person and was given different sales person, we made a deal over the phone. I arrived later in afternoon, met salesperson who never introduced himself. I asked if they had 2 keys for SUV and was told "cars don't come with two keys" which is 100% false. I then asked if the spare that was in the cargo area could be put back into place, and was told "yes". I then went to "main" building and waited for 1.5 hours before anyone came to even check if I was still alive and give me an update. After signing paperwork, sales person came back and I asked about spare and was told, "you will need to make an appointment to have that done....xxx in 2 hours no one could manage to try to put back into place? Rudy in finance seemed to have some level of business sense, he stated since I was dissatisfied he would have the GM contact me the next day. Upon not getting a response I contacted Rudy by email, who stated would contact me. When I was contacted (not by the GM of dealership), I explained my displeasure, and was told salesperson was having a bad personal situation with his wife dealing with cancer.....with all due respect, if he was not capable of performing his job, perhaps he should take some time off under FMLA. I was promised I would be given a call back because I wanted to purchase a 2nd key through the dealerships 3rd party vendor, after not getting a call, I attempted to contact dealership and they have refused to take my calls. I later found out that the spare tire carrier was damaged and I suspect more than one of the individuals I dealt with were aware of this fact. I would advise anyone looking for a new or used car/truck/SUV stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Please learn from my mistake and read the reviews of this dealership.
8/20/20 Update- I was able to work with Andrea Arnold, who along with her team worked very hard to make this right with me. It was pleasant to know there was some level of dedication to making the experience better. Thank you to Andrea, Ethan, and Scott for helping!

Skeptical, We drove 2 hours to look at a truck we saw on sale via FaceBook and ended up buying another truck while there. The staff assisting were beyond phenomenal. This is a very family/friendly oriented dealership. Very professional and respectful. We love our truck purchase. We would definitely return for another vehicle. It was well worth the drive. BEWARE: I purchased a Vehicle from them paid cash for a brand new 2015 vehicle it has been over 18 day's since having the vehicle and none of the items I was promised did I receive. Full tank of gas, Car detailing and cleaning , I did not receive my owners manual Book cover was not in my vehicle, My second set of Keys The sales person didn't give to me, and then part of my deal was to have a spoiler put on the back of my car and they are now trying to put a after market spoiler on my brand new 2015 Camaro. A incorrect License plate holder that does not fit my car, There response was they could drill holes in the front of my car and retro fit it ?? The sales person was attentive until i gave them the Cashier check paying for the vehicle in full. but once I left there with my brand new dirty and muddy vehicle. the contact had stopped I then called the sales manager with my issues and then was told what do you want me to do about it. I have then called the Main Chevrolet office who wants to bounce me back to a enraged dealership that has emailed me being very rude to me. I will probably be forced to seek legal action against this dealership . I do not recommend anyone buy from these people the are the most arrogant , flighty people that talk to you like a dog. I would not trust them 5 seconds in my vehicle or to do anything to it with the attitude emails I have from the Sales manager

We bought a 2015 Yukon from this dealership. The salesman, Brennan, was great! Once we had the vehicle started noticing several issues. Heated seats not working properly so they fixed that. Took in several times for vibration. First time they told us they realigned it and checked tire balance. No change. Second time they told us they balanced again but this time we had a bent rim they couldn't fix. We bought vehicle like this, we did not damage it. They would not replace the rim, we had to buy another one. We even had the wheel and tire protection. Not covered because it still holds air. Then we wanted the brakes checked because vibration when braking. Everybody knows the first thing you check is the rotors. They told us we needed new brakes which we got because we were leaving to go to the mountains. No change, still vibrating. Took it back. "Oh, must be the rotors!" Duh, you should have checked them already! Scheduled an appointment to get rotors turned and wheel fixed. End of day comes and we heard nothing. Called and they said they haven't gotten to it yet because they were still busy from previous week. Why did we make an appointment then? They were no help! Friendly but no help at all! Then they couldn't even find a rim like ours. Turned out whoever owned before us put Cadillac 22's on it. Morgan GMC said they can get for $575. We found on Amazon for $375. Then we had to take it somewhere else to get put on! First and possibly last vehicle I buy from them. Oh, now we have a recall on the steering.... not looking forward to TRY getting that done!
