My car charger was stolen from my vehicle while in service. Contacted the dealership but still no callback from the manager. It's not about the charger; it's the principle! Also I was charged $287 for labor for an hour and a half.

Skeptical, We drove 2 hours to look at a truck we saw on sale via FaceBook and ended up buying another truck while there. The staff assisting were beyond phenomenal. This is a very family/friendly oriented dealership. Very professional and respectful. We love our truck purchase. We would definitely return for another vehicle. It was well worth the drive. Car not as advertised - CTS-V car
High end CTS-V advertised with 1,500 miles and "like New Condition". Dealt with local salesman and Used Car manager Seth Lorio. After several calls and discussions, car mileage was changed to 2,300,but sales manager had looked the car over and said it was prefect with no paint problems, dents, scratchs etc.
Paid full asking price and had vehicle shipped to local detail salon for application of paint protectant and protective film for the front of the car. Owner of the detail shop showed me multiple abrasions in the paint caused by high speed buffing( not professionally done), scratches and paint swirls.
Used Car manager at dealership was not helpful in rectifying the situation. Paid $600 to have car brought to "like new condition". Appeared that this manager was not the best at representing the Cadillac brand, and the expectations that a discription has on buying/selling.

We bought a 2015 Yukon from this dealership. The salesman, Brennan, was great! Once we had the vehicle started noticing several issues. Heated seats not working properly so they fixed that. Took in several times for vibration. First time they told us they realigned it and checked tire balance. No change. Second time they told us they balanced again but this time we had a bent rim they couldn't fix. We bought vehicle like this, we did not damage it. They would not replace the rim, we had to buy another one. We even had the wheel and tire protection. Not covered because it still holds air. Then we wanted the brakes checked because vibration when braking. Everybody knows the first thing you check is the rotors. They told us we needed new brakes which we got because we were leaving to go to the mountains. No change, still vibrating. Took it back. "Oh, must be the rotors!" Duh, you should have checked them already! Scheduled an appointment to get rotors turned and wheel fixed. End of day comes and we heard nothing. Called and they said they haven't gotten to it yet because they were still busy from previous week. Why did we make an appointment then? They were no help! Friendly but no help at all! Then they couldn't even find a rim like ours. Turned out whoever owned before us put Cadillac 22's on it. Morgan GMC said they can get for $575. We found on Amazon for $375. Then we had to take it somewhere else to get put on! First and possibly last vehicle I buy from them. Oh, now we have a recall on the steering.... not looking forward to TRY getting that done!

Long story short, wanted a z71 had my eye on this one for several weeks. finally made a visit to the dealership. I was lied to several times just to make the sale.
1> ask sales man does this car have apple car play ( always had ford so i had no idea what it was), yes sales man said.. Purchased vehicle guess what no apple car play...
2> Ask sales man does this vehicle still have warranty.. why yes sir it does it don't have but 4000 miles left but it sure does.. Purchased vehicle have transmission problems before first payment guess what no warranty.
Guess i should have done a little better homework b4 i bought the xxx. but lesson learned and will not buy a vehicle from this place again and its not due to the problems with the vehicle but the lies that where told just to sell the vehicle.

I am very unhappy with this dealership because of their lack of concern after the sale. I purchased a 2019 Buick Encore the first of July and yesterday the vehicle's tire went flat due to a huge gash on the inside of the tire. I called Walker Buick and was told by the sales person that he could not replace the tire. He said no tire has a warranty and I would have to pay for a new tire. It seems to me that a new vehicle's tires should be safe from defect for at least a month. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Do not purchase a vehicle from Walker Buick.

I purchased a used truck from this dealership and oh boy that was a huge mistake. They promise a world before the vehicle is sold and after that they won’t even recognize you. I am a business owner myself, but I wouldn’t flat out cheat anyone to make some bucks. That’s exactly what these folks did to me. Was promised some accessories in few week of the delivery of the vehicle but never heard a words from the great sales person, who was your best friend when you were a potential customer. I paid $3000 over the market value for the vehicle I bought in hopes of better service, but I couldn’t be more wrong. I should have done more research. My suggestion to any potential buyer is to stay away from this dealership. Absolutely worst experience.

BEWARE: I purchased a Vehicle from them paid cash for a brand new 2015 vehicle it has been over 18 day's since having the vehicle and none of the items I was promised did I receive. Full tank of gas, Car detailing and cleaning , I did not receive my owners manual Book cover was not in my vehicle, My second set of Keys The sales person didn't give to me, and then part of my deal was to have a spoiler put on the back of my car and they are now trying to put a after market spoiler on my brand new 2015 Camaro. A incorrect License plate holder that does not fit my car, There response was they could drill holes in the front of my car and retro fit it ?? The sales person was attentive until i gave them the Cashier check paying for the vehicle in full. but once I left there with my brand new dirty and muddy vehicle. the contact had stopped I then called the sales manager with my issues and then was told what do you want me to do about it. I have then called the Main Chevrolet office who wants to bounce me back to a enraged dealership that has emailed me being very rude to me. I will probably be forced to seek legal action against this dealership . I do not recommend anyone buy from these people the are the most arrogant , flighty people that talk to you like a dog. I would not trust them 5 seconds in my vehicle or to do anything to it with the attitude emails I have from the Sales manager
