Sold a unsafe to drive truck to my little sister that has chunks of frame cut out. It's ILLEGAL to sell a vehicle with frame damage without disclosing it to the buyer! Spoke to the Sales GM today and he said that they can sell vehicles with frame damage and they do not have to disclose it to buyer. So buyer beware! The are selling unsafe vehicles.

Ordered a truck from them and when it came in they increased the price by 6k. I asked to see the invoice from the factory and the increase was less than $1000. This was very bad con job.I came in in good faith to deal honestly and pay for what I ordered but this dealership was very dishonest. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Was shopping online and set up an appointment for the next day to test drive a car. I was assured the car I was interested in was on the lot and available. I left early the next morning to make our appointment and got a call from the dealer confirming our appointment. I confirmed it and told him I was on my way. 15 minutes later he called back and said they had already sold the car I was coming to see. This was very disappointing since they confirmed the car was there and available before we set up the appointment time. The bottom line is I do not feel I can trust what they tell me.

You gotta read this one!I had to wait a few days for a repair appointment for my AC which was not cooling. I was asked to leave the car overnight, because they didn’t get to it. That’s not what I was told but I got it. A courteous young lady employee gave me a ride home. On the afternoon of the second day, I called my service writer, Jay. He told me that the AC compressor had a leak and needed to be replaced. He said it would cost $1,200. I asked how much was the bill so far. He said nothing. He said they don’t collect until the work is done. I said OK, I want to pick up my car today. He then says there’s a $150 checkout fee. I asked for what. He says for the diagnostics. I paid and left. The next day I brought my car to ROCK TIRE & AUTO REPAIR. The owner had my car for less than 5 MINUTES. He called me outside and asked me to sit in my car. He then turned up the AC full blast and brought it down to 36 degrees. It turns out the button on the dashboard for fresh air had been bumped bringing only outside air into the cabin. The expert mechanic didn’t catch this. THERE WAS NO LEAK, YET THESE T_-GS WERE GOING TO CHARGE THIS FEMALE SENIOR CITIZEN $1200!!! I don’t care how new your car is…never take it to this dealer unless you have time and money to throw down the drain. Let’s see what happens when I try to recover my $150 for their bald-faced lie.

Very dishonest!! The salesman was rude and unprofessional, and the finance manager was worse. They add a $495 “dealer prep” to every vehicle which I believe is for a car wash, and they increased the price of the truck $1000 over the advertised price after we had already agreed on a price because I wouldn’t finance through them. Save your time and money and do not use this dealership!!!

I communicated with the dealer and the salesman up until the day before I was to fly out. They told me the deal was off someone local came in and they are going to sell it them.

Fantastic dealership! I have purchased 4 new vehicles and one used vehicle from Courtsey in the past 10 years. Salesman Angelo Frazier is top notch! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to contact Angelo. He is honest, professional and informed and he does not employ the high pressure sales tactic. The service department is fantastic as well. I've never had an issue with any kind of service or repair work not done correctly or on time! Darryl Williams makes sure that all the details are taken care of so I don't have to give it a second thought. The dealership physical plant is new, clean and the people are very friendly. They tend to have a large inventory and if they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they are willing to find it for you.

Purchased new 22 camaro ss from out of state. People I dealt with were friendly during the deal. Met halfway to get car and it was filthy, no paper in the floor even. After driving hundreds of miles back home noticed the mileage didn't seem right for the trip. The car had 162 miles on it before it left the lot! In my haste to sign papers in a parking lot in MS at the halfway point, I failed to see this. No one informed me of the mileage dyring the deal or that the leather driver seat was damaged during, which we discovered after 6 hours of detailing. Vaughn manager was rude and uncaring "what do you expect me to do about it?" Also discovered the extended warranty I purchased is NOT gm but a third party instead. Waited a month to leave review to give dealer and gm customer service the chance to make it right. Hasn't happened. Beware buying from here out of state or sight unseen. The market is tricky and more sight unseen purchases are happening, giving dealers opportunity to hide information. Don't think for a minute customer service will make it right.

BEWARE: I purchased a Vehicle from them paid cash for a brand new 2015 vehicle it has been over 18 day's since having the vehicle and none of the items I was promised did I receive. Full tank of gas, Car detailing and cleaning , I did not receive my owners manual Book cover was not in my vehicle, My second set of Keys The sales person didn't give to me, and then part of my deal was to have a spoiler put on the back of my car and they are now trying to put a after market spoiler on my brand new 2015 Camaro. A incorrect License plate holder that does not fit my car, There response was they could drill holes in the front of my car and retro fit it ?? The sales person was attentive until i gave them the Cashier check paying for the vehicle in full. but once I left there with my brand new dirty and muddy vehicle. the contact had stopped I then called the sales manager with my issues and then was told what do you want me to do about it. I have then called the Main Chevrolet office who wants to bounce me back to a enraged dealership that has emailed me being very rude to me. I will probably be forced to seek legal action against this dealership . I do not recommend anyone buy from these people the are the most arrogant , flighty people that talk to you like a dog. I would not trust them 5 seconds in my vehicle or to do anything to it with the attitude emails I have from the Sales manager

I purchased a used truck from this dealership and oh boy that was a huge mistake. They promise a world before the vehicle is sold and after that they won’t even recognize you. I am a business owner myself, but I wouldn’t flat out cheat anyone to make some bucks. That’s exactly what these folks did to me. Was promised some accessories in few week of the delivery of the vehicle but never heard a words from the great sales person, who was your best friend when you were a potential customer. I paid $3000 over the market value for the vehicle I bought in hopes of better service, but I couldn’t be more wrong. I should have done more research. My suggestion to any potential buyer is to stay away from this dealership. Absolutely worst experience.
