I visited this dealership not expecting to purchase a vehicle and after dealing with Brian and Vince in October, the process was so easy and the salesman was very personable and caring to my needs, also answered every question I had on the spot without having to look it up like most I have dealt with in the past. I was in and out in 2 hours, that's unheard of!! Vince was the person who had me sign my paperwork and he was awesome too! I gave *dealership* (not salesman) 1 star because I overheard a manager sitting in the middle of front office talking loudly making negative statements about another customer calling them "stupid" and "can't buy s***" and thought that was VERY rude to say aloud about anybody, especially when doing business. I later learned his name was Kevin Bravender, and he was referred to as "Rj" so avoid him at all costs!

My car which is not even a year old has been in the shop 3 times for the same issue. We came and picked it up, started the vehicle and the first thing that happened was the popping noise, this only means to me that the problem was not fixed and will happen again sooner than later. Not to mention the popping noise wasn?t fixed. My car is STILL running rough. I am EXTREMELY irritated, disgusted and fed up with this. Being that my husband works shift work, most days it is me bringing my child to school, never to know if we will be getting into a car that will start it?s issue yet again. I have owned a Chevrolet Trailblazer, Chevrolet Traverse and drove them over 100k, this car will never be driven that much. Not only has the issue that it has gone in the shop for 3 times, but most recently while it was there they also had to figure out why my gas gauge just quit working.
I have NEVER spent the kind of money I spent on this car to have the trouble I have had, the rattles it has and the aggravation of driving over an hour to bring it to the dealership. Which is a GM issue , as no dealership wants to look at your car that is closest to you when something is wrong, provide a courtesy car because I didn?t buy from that dealership.
So GM what are you going to do to provide satisfaction , because right now I have a 40k + car sitting under my carport that I am at my wits end with.

Salesman was arrogant and acted as if I did not know what I was talking about ( probably knew more than him and that is his job) They missed out on a good sale because of his attitude and body language. I will not return to that place.

BEWARE: I purchased a Vehicle from them paid cash for a brand new 2015 vehicle it has been over 18 day's since having the vehicle and none of the items I was promised did I receive. Full tank of gas, Car detailing and cleaning , I did not receive my owners manual Book cover was not in my vehicle, My second set of Keys The sales person didn't give to me, and then part of my deal was to have a spoiler put on the back of my car and they are now trying to put a after market spoiler on my brand new 2015 Camaro. A incorrect License plate holder that does not fit my car, There response was they could drill holes in the front of my car and retro fit it ?? The sales person was attentive until i gave them the Cashier check paying for the vehicle in full. but once I left there with my brand new dirty and muddy vehicle. the contact had stopped I then called the sales manager with my issues and then was told what do you want me to do about it. I have then called the Main Chevrolet office who wants to bounce me back to a enraged dealership that has emailed me being very rude to me. I will probably be forced to seek legal action against this dealership . I do not recommend anyone buy from these people the are the most arrogant , flighty people that talk to you like a dog. I would not trust them 5 seconds in my vehicle or to do anything to it with the attitude emails I have from the Sales manager
