He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions, sometimes several times over in order to explain the technology to us. He was always polite and he seemed to want what was best for us.It was a great experience and everyone was wonderful to work with, Wisdom, Bill, and Theresa. It is a 1st class operation. It had MAJOR repairs and was all fixed within a one week time period and for a reasonable price. We will drive the half hour anytime in the future to go to this dealership!

This is the second new car that I have purchased in last 6 months. Both of them were purchased through Landan at Suburban.The first purchase experience was so quick and easy, that I told him that I would be back. Just purchased my 2nd car 1 week ago and as promised I came back to him. He offered no sales pitches, everything he quoted was accurate and no hidden fees and at time of closing everything he stated was exactly the same with no surprises. To be Honest, I went in to buy a Hyundai because I lover their products and prices, but in addition to that dealing with Landan is the next important reason I came back in. I have a Hyundai dealership 4 miles away from me and I instead drove over 20 miles out of my way to come back to Surburban and Landan. I most likely will need to buy another car this year, and it will be with Landan.

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off. So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales. So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done.

Love Fox Motor Hyundai Service center. Love Edith, a personal touch to their business. She's always there to answer your questions, help with scheduling and everything else. It's a service I trust, which can be very hard to find from what I hear others say about their dealerships. I continue to buy cars from this place because of the excellent service and Edith. I love my 2017 Elantra. I wish you hadn't changed the design. I don't care for tI he new Elantra model. I like the small, sporty look of my Elantra. I'm not exchanging it until you make something I like.

After not being sure about purchasing such a new redesign, my sales person Dale Unger stayed with me through my whole indecisiveness and even assited me with purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership in the LaFontaine family of vehicles. I can't say enough how attentive and responsive he was throughout the whole process, ensuring I was completely satisfied and taken care of!

If I could do 0 stars I would. It takes over 3 months for them to fix the front end of my vehicle from a rock. Jan 20 is when I dropped it off. Hardly any communication, became the middle man for Enterprise and my insurance because no one including myself could get a hold of them. Even the direct line to the service advisor, nothing! Had to get corporate involved. Get my vehicle back for it YET to not be completely fixed. Horn doesn’t work, missing an entire piece of trim, no part is aligned correctly and looks like its been mod podge together. To top it off, been trying to get a hold of them, left voicemails and guess what, still no response! Im ready to sell my vehicle and never deal with a Hyundai related vehicle again! Thank you for the awful and irritating experience im still having to deal with.
