Sadly I have watched my Mom get jerked around by the clowns in the "service" department. My Mom was having problems with her Subaru going dead, randomly. I checked the battery terminals and they were covered with corrosion. I asked my Mom why the didn't clean the terminals when they've had it in for "service", she said because they wanted to charge her to clean them up. These were beyond corroded. I cleaned up the battery posts and the connectors, problem solved. If you want to pay a premium for service and get the bare minimum, maple hill is the place for ypu

Fox Subaru is very good. My problem is with the display in the car. It reflects sun so it can't be read. Sunglasses have to be removed to read the buttons. You have to constantly move your eyes from the road to the display to make sure your fingers are on the right button or find the button. Trying to use the voice response is frustrating as it 'doesn't understand' and directs you to read from a list to pick what your choice is, once more moving eyes from the road. The old buttons and switches were much easier to use and didn't have to take eyes off the road nearly as much.

Everyone was so welcoming and patient with all my senior questions. Todor was extremely helpful in helping me to understand the new fangled contraptions. Purchasing my Subaru Crosstrek and trading in my Ford Explorer, was so much easier than I could have anticipated. He even sent me links to find answers to any remaining questions after I had closed the deal and gone home. A great experience!

I have a 2014 Subaru with aprox 130000 miles.... Always treats me well and have not had a problem with any work performed. Purchased my Outback in South Carolina - USED - with aprox 45000 miles. They have done the maintenance and service work for me since purchased (unless I was out of town traveling).
