My experience with Jason started about 3 years ago. When it started I lived in Sterling Heights but now I live over two hours away. I only have my car serviced at Suburban Ford in Sterling Heights. I love good customer service and feel it is worth the drive. I have a great relationship with Jason and I trust him. That means everything to a person like me. Because of Jason I have help someone buy a used car at Suburban Ford in Sterling Heights and a few days a go I leased a new car. There are a lot of dealerships I drove past just to work with someone I trust. That trust and love for my friend Jason ( I hope he does not mind me calling him that) has made it possible for me to feel comfortable with dealing with the sales team there. I purchased my 2016 Jeep Compass in April. I brought my vehicle to this dealership on Tuesday August 12th for it's first maintenance (Oil Change, Tire Rotation, etc.). The service representative Markel Powell was very accommodating and professional. He escorted me to the customer waiting area where I sat down/relaxed, had a cup of coffee, and watched a little TV! Mr. Powell returned later (not very long), to inform me that my vehicle had been serviced and was ready. To my surprise, Mr. Powell had my vehicle washed too!

This is the best dealership I ever purchased a car from. Mickaela was the best saleswoman I’ve ever dealt with. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and answered any questions I had. I purchased the cat from her. After 1 1\2 years I needed service. As the appointment neared I had an unexpected health issued and was going to cancel. Mickaela picked my car and delivered it to my home. That’s after purchase service. The service department is very good and makes sure you are satisfied.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz 2015 CLA recently online. Excited to get my vehicle, but still I couldn’t help but notice my left headlight was not in the best of conditions after I had purchased it. Safe to say I met with Shawn E. Durham in October of 2023 at the Mercedes Benz Auto Mall and he accessed my entire vehicle in little to no time. Identifying every intricate detail regarding not only the damage caused to my headlight but he also brought to my attention that my subframe and steering rack was bent. Now after hearing this I was completely unaware of such repair being needed. But rest assure, he did not fail to meet every need required to repair my car. I received a phone call from him Dec. 6 2023 that my vehicle had received all the listed repairs and that the vehicle had been completed serviced. Shawn is not only an excellent Service Advisor, he’s dependable; You can rely on him to get your job done.

I have bought Hondas for years because they are so reliable. This week I needed to bring in my 2013 CRV for a "hesitation" at lower speeds, and Honda service fixed it. But not only did they fix it, it was free of charge, because Honda had determined some older vehicles developed this same problem so they provided an automatic extended warranty. All labor and service was covered free! I am so impressed! Their vehicles are great, salesman Jason was so helpful and informative when I purchased the CRV, and their customer service (if any repair should be needed) far exceeds expectations!
