July 1, 2024 driving through Collins stopped at Legacy Chevrolet with a damaged tire. We met Amanda who informed us you did not have the tire we needed. She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was. The service department is terrible. They fought with the warranty company for 2 weeks while my truck sat in the parking lot. I had to call everyday to check progress. They don’t return calls in a timely manner. Quoted me $7000 for transmission that it turns out I didn’t need (took truck to another dealer). They treat you like an inconvenience more than a customer. I will never deal with them again. Other dealer worked with the warranty company and had my torque converter replaced for a fraction of the frivolous quote from Carl hogan.

Very poor customer service, I’ve been coming here for four years and I’ve never experienced such rudeness. I spoke immediately when walking through the door and no one parted their lips to speak back until I made a comment. I still waited about five minutes before someone actually asked if they could assist me, only to almost get turned around by a new associate by the name of Scott. He proceeded to tell me that they close at 530 and it wasn’t even 5 yet(I only needed an oil change). Had the services manager never spoke up and told him to take me i would’ve been rudely turned away. This is unacceptable. I normally deal with Rod or Darius but those two we’re in on today. However if this continues I will not be back.
