Adel handled the sale process smoothly and eventually handed my deal off to Edin when he changed dealerships. Bob (finance) was also very attentive through the process. 10/10 would buy from them again.

Autohaus BMW discovered the source of a leak from my x1. The technician’s video allowed me to see exactly what the problem was and the washer pump was in stock. The multi-point inspection provides reassurance that all systems are go. They lent me a new x3 and washed my car. Great business with wonderful people. What more could you ask? The new facility is beautiful and the accessibility is so much better. However, I was questioned about the the need for an oil change although I have a plan and I got a dashboard warning indicating wi needed one. I was questioned if I had my card serviced somewhere else and possibly been an adjustment with my odometer. It I’m not mistaken, isn’t that illegal or at least immoral. I wasn’t pleased about that but I just got my oil changed and left.
