Routine Oil Change - rick.smith
Great service and had a courtesy vehicle ready for me when I got there. The service area was clean and neat. Love the drive in for dropping off the vehicle.

They tired very hard but where unable to fix the issue. It is intermittent and very hard to fix something that is not broken when you bring it in. The issue happen again on my way out to AZ where the Blazer is now. The issue is not a Show stopper but I will get it back in again when it backs to Iowa, a couple months.
Jeff , in service is still The Greatest and was most helpful. They just couldnt find the problem. As I said above, it was working when I brought it in.......................

I just returned from what should have been the first of many visits to DuTeau Subaru considering I just purchased a 2005 model. It was instead my last visit. I simply visited the parts dept. I would have been fine with the fact that they couldn’t yet get my requested part. However, the fact that the 2 gentlemen working the parts counter couldn’t even bother to GET UP to speak to me spoke volumes. Had I been 22 and blonde, would that have been the case? Truly, what a slap in the face.
Great Truck, Knowledgeable staff - Mattl
I purchased a very clean used GMC from them this last weekend, it was a very busy day at the dealership and I felt very welcome. I worked with Greg Dudley who easily explained how all the electronic systems worked and was very helpful through out the entire buying process. The next time my wife or I are in the market for a vehicle we will be stopping by Copple again.
We were on our way to Epley so our daughters could return... - olseng
We were on our way to Epley so our daughters could return to here homes in Texas and North Carolina when our Diesel Pick-up Indicated the DEF was needing to be changed or it would only have so many miles we could go before it would start its descent in the miles per hour we could go. Big problem, maybe could have made it to the airport but definitely not back home. No time to go on to Lincoln to rent a car. Luckily we were still West of Wahoo. We called our friends at Sid Dillon in Wahoo and they went above and beyond....When we arrived at the dealership, they had a car ready for us. By the time we switched the luggage, paperwork was signed and we were on the road again. Our daughters made their flights in plenty of time. We stopped back on our way home and made arrangements for them to fix the truck. We were able to keep their car until it was done the following week. Thank you Nick and other sales people who made the pick-up/car exchange so quick as well as the Service Department for a timely repair job.

Hi Rick,I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was... - Scott L. Flipse
I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was with your total 'DISHONESTY' about the vehicle I purchased for more Son! As I previously told you, I am a retired disabled Army Veteran that lives on a fixed income. However, I wanted to help my son purchase another used vehicle, as him and his wife have two children, and their money is very tight.
I just found out that my son's 'NEW' vehicle is now at the shop, and needs a new water pump! He has gotten three separate estimates which range from $1500.00 to $3000.00. Apparently, it broke down the day after he purchased the vehicle from your 'UNSCRUPULOUS' dealership! He did not want to tell me, as both my wife and I are currently facing some pretty significant health issues. Although the estimates for the repairs vary, there is only 'ONE' conclusion that all three auto repair shops came up with and that is, whoever sold my Son the vehicle, 'DEFINITELY' new the vehicle had a 'BAD WATER PUMP!'
Needless to say, this has put a huge damper on our holiday spirit. I only wish you could have been 'HONEST' with my son right from the jump start. In hindsight, we should have saw the 'RED FLAGS' when your dealership refused to fix 'TWO' dysfunctional safety features on his 'NEW' vehicle that you had checked off as 'OPERATIONAL' on you 'SAFETY CHECKLIST!' That is exactly why the state of New York has the 'LEMON LAW' for "RIPOFFS' just like your dealership! So now, we are stuck with a huge bill and pray the 'Bad Water Pump' did not cause any damage to his engine!
Please 'DO NOT' email me back with some kind of garbage that it is a used vehicle, and you buy it as is. I would agree with that statement, but not when you 'INTENTIONALLY' forget to disclose that the vehicle's water pump is bad! Obviously, we will 'NOT' be doing any more business with you jokers, and I will be sure to leave your dealership with the appropriate '1-Star Review!' that you have so deservedly earned!
Have a Merry Christmas!
Scott L. Flipse
PS: My son also said you were an extremely rude salesman, but he really liked the vehicle, so he bought it anyways.
Shady Credit practices - Billyjk7
HORRIBLE. This dealership plucked my personal information off of a Lending Tree inquiry for loan rates. They ran a HARD credit pull....not only once but twice!! ..then called me and asked if I was interested in buying anything. At the time of the call, they did not disclose that they had violated FTC regulations by pulling this credit report without my explicit permission or knowledge. Now it's up to me to remedy this so I can get a loan for a new car. Shady practices! Will.update if they make this right by me. Just be warned!

It took me 25 mins to find a sales Rep after I walked in the office with sales reps sitting around. I was told and x amount one day and the next day I was told the price was 4k more then the agreement price... they never tried to make it right or honor the price... good luck on getting help and beware of the agreement price!!!!!
One of the best! - Jon Wade
I've been a "car guy" since I was a toddler and have done business with many car dealers in my life; Harchelroad's is one of the top two I've ever dealt with, and the other is a BMW dealer. After I decided to sell my M3 and that my next car would be a Corvette I started talking to dealers, and I dealt with a number of them all over the country until I met Dillon Harchelroad. He is by far the most pleasant, most knowledgeable Corvette sales person I've ever met, and I don't give praise lightly. To frame my comments, my boys and I restore classic muscle cars for fun, and we're fussy. We know and appreciate cars inside and out, so it's hard to "snow" us. Harchelroad's is the real deal.
I know I went overboard with questions of Dillon but he never faltered. He was patient and friendly throughout my extended analysis period and always came through with answers to my detailed questions. He even instructed his paint shop spray a color chip for me of their new Sebring Orange color so I could see first hand what it really looked like.
I picked up my 2019 Sebring Orange Corvette Grand Sport a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with my new baby and with my buying experience at Harchelroad's. The car was perfectly prepared and the paperwork was fast and simple. What a breath of fresh air; I'll be a customer for life.
Rip Off - ChrisP
I would never go here again. They lied up and down to my wife in the service departments. Lie after lie and then they charged her a ridiculous amount. Stay away from dealers they will screw you any way they can. Especially if you are a woman.
New wipers - Shannon
Thanks for getting me new wipers right away! I didn’t have to wait at all! Always helpful and friendly! I’d go back anytime!

We went to buy a 2013 Volkswagen golf from them and they also withheld that there was not a second key Fob and the entire time they gave us the runaround however my wife love the car so much we went ahead and bought it after we bought it I happened to look where the spare tire was and it was full of water I emailed the sales person Carlos back and ask him has the car been in a flood and he would not answer me and the key fob thing we had ask them during the pot buying process and they assured us that there was two keys however once we got the car they gave us one Fob and one key however you have to have a fob to get in the car we can’t do it with the key and they knew this The car was dirty they claim they were going to clean it up however they did not all they did was wipe off the windshield and left the rest of the car dirty these people are amazing they are the true meaning of a ‘shyster car salesman‘… And also we gave them a check for $1000 for the down payment they assured us that no mistakes would be made they would hold the check for one week and then cash it however they waited two days and cashed it they are very dishonest very dishonest people I would never buy a car from these people I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to buy a car from these people ... yeah they’re friendly people there Grinning through their teeth as they’re ripping you off

Friendly professional service from everyone I had contact with. Salesmen worked hard to find what I wanted in the price range I was looking for and provided good service from beginning to close of the deal. Finance manager was professional and did a good job of explaining forms, etc.
