We had a unhappy experience at Midway some years ago. Now there is new management, and an improved building. We were fortunate to be paired up with a personable, informative sales person we could relate well to, which made it a pleasant experience. We came to consider trading for another Terrain or Equinox -- and left with a smaller more affordable Buick Encore. I think this was the best choice for us at this point in time. The sales manager and salesman worked with us to overcome hurdles and make this purchase possible.

Decided one morning to buy a used car for our daughter as a surprise. Since we have purchased several vehicles over the years from Copple we skipped shopping around because we trust their quality and fair price. That afternoon we found a perfect 2009 Impala on the lot. Gene Frees was great to work with on this purchase. I felt my questions were answered honestly and more amazingly although we were too late for the car we went to look at he found one similar and we were able to agree on a price close to our set budget. He also went the extra step in helping with the ruse we had created to surprise my daughter until we had to have her sign the papers.

I've been a "car guy" since I was a toddler and have done business with many car dealers in my life; Harchelroad's is one of the top two I've ever dealt with, and the other is a BMW dealer. After I decided to sell my M3 and that my next car would be a Corvette I started talking to dealers, and I dealt with a number of them all over the country until I met Dillon Harchelroad. He is by far the most pleasant, most knowledgeable Corvette sales person I've ever met, and I don't give praise lightly. To frame my comments, my boys and I restore classic muscle cars for fun, and we're fussy. We know and appreciate cars inside and out, so it's hard to "snow" us. Harchelroad's is the real deal.
I know I went overboard with questions of Dillon but he never faltered. He was patient and friendly throughout my extended analysis period and always came through with answers to my detailed questions. He even instructed his paint shop spray a color chip for me of their new Sebring Orange color so I could see first hand what it really looked like.
I picked up my 2019 Sebring Orange Corvette Grand Sport a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with my new baby and with my buying experience at Harchelroad's. The car was perfectly prepared and the paperwork was fast and simple. What a breath of fresh air; I'll be a customer for life.

I recently purchased a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer from this dealership. When I went in to test drive the vehicle the dealership had to jump start it, then it had the ABS/Traction lights on. I asked the sales person to look into it -- the reply that I got was that they turned on due to the jump start. I proceeded to ask that this issue be checked and repaired before I would purchase it. I was told that it would be remedied. I stated that I didn't want the light "just reset" and that I wanted it looked at, I was assured that it would be. When I returned to purchase the vehicle all "seemed" well. I got my new car and off I went. At no time was I informed about the other issues with the vehicle. I later found that the rear wider didn't work, the rear wiper cover was missing and the vent covers were missing on some of the rear vents.
A couple of days after the purchase the ABS/Traction lights came back on, I would have to turn off the car to reset them. I also was at my parents house, my children were getting into the vehicle when I heard a crash. I looked over and the passenger side running board was laying on the ground. I thank God that I wasn't driving when the happened because who knows what accident could have transpired. I placed the running board in the back of my vehicle and drove directly over to the dealership, I explained all the issues that I had, I was informed that I bought the vehicle "as is" and that they "can't fix everything". I was told that they would be happy to remove the other running board but I would have to come back later. I don't live or work in Grand Island so returning during the week is not a good alternative for me.
I have now been driving around with just 1 running board for some time, I have priced the parts that I need to repair the rear wiper and vents. At this time I can't afford to fix the things that are wrong. I am so disappointed in Dinsdales, I went there because I had heard that they were good -- boy was I wrong. I have 2 children that I will need to buy cars for, I can tell you I will not be going to Dinsdales to purchase them.
UPDATE as of 7/3/2017: My starter went out today. I know this can't be predicted but just seemed like another nail in the coffin.

I purchased a 2016 vehicle from Meyer Automotive. After the sale was complete I found out there was no keyfob or second key with the vehicle. In all the years I have purchased a vehicle there has always been a second key and any newer model always came with a keyfob. For this particular model a keyfob is needed to unlock or the alarm will sound if you use only the key. I tried discussing this with my salesperson and with the person I was told was in charge and they refused to help resolve the issue. They either knew it did not have a keyfob and deliberately withheld this information during the negotiation or did not know enough about the vehicle they were selling. Either one should be unacceptable from a dealer. They claim "no bull" but that is exactly what you get. Any person buying a vehicle would have a reasonable expectation to receive a second key and keyfob for models that require it. I will never work with this organization again and recommend that no one else does either. Complete disregard for the customers best interest. They then wanted to charge me over $150 and make me drive back to them (over 75 miles) for a $50 fob that took less than 5 minutes for a local locksmith to program. Eventually they agreed to send me a second key and two fobs with a voucher to have them programmed for $50. Regardless it was not a good experience and highly doubtful one they have learned from. I fully see them doing the same thing in the future. I was also informed after purchase that the vehicle may have been a repo meaning they more than likely got it through auction and made a lot of money on it yet wanted to hassle me for the keyfob issue. I also asked to speak with the owner on three separate occasions and was never allowed that opportunity. Meaning either the owner condones this type of behavior or is oblivious to it and neither of those are acceptable as well. I have grown to hate even looking at my vehicle because it reminds me of this experience and hope to sell it as soon as possible.

It took me 25 mins to find a sales Rep after I walked in the office with sales reps sitting around. I was told and x amount one day and the next day I was told the price was 4k more then the agreement price... they never tried to make it right or honor the price... good luck on getting help and beware of the agreement price!!!!!
