A car for Lincoln - Chellbrown
Clayton found a car for my family based on our needs. He was not pushy but professional. Helped us find a car on our time clock not his.
Best experience with a dealer yet. - Scott B
H&H Chevy has been above and beyond my expectations for service and customer care. They really seem to care about me as a person, and not JUST putting on a front of being nice to get me to open my wallet and to pick money out of my pocket like other dealerships I've been to in the past. JD was very polite and answered all my questions, he even explained what happened to our vehicle while it was in service. We purchased or vehicle here, and quite frankly, we won't go anywhere else again. (Owned over 20 vehicles, that's a lot of dealership experience)
Amazing purchase experience! - Speedyburton
After shopping around my local dealers I sent an inquirey to Harchelroad Motors about a new truck they had listed online. I received a response back promptly and all my questions were answered. I then started the process having my trade evaluated and that went smoothly and quickly without even having to visit the dealership. Dilllon was very polite and knowledable. After all the numbers were figured out and settled on we set up a time to purchase the pickup. Upon entering the dealership we had the best customer care, greeted promptly and immediately introduced to Dillon. We checked out the new pickup which was freshly detailed, fueled up, and had all accessories we ordered installed. The pickup was everything that was promised. Then on to the paperwork which took less than 10 minutes thanks to Dillon having everything ready and waiting for us. After paperwork we were given a very informative tutorial on all the vehicles electronic features such as on star, Bluetooth and even the wifi hotspot feature. After they made sure we were comfortable with all the new features and functions of the vehicle we headed home with our new pickup. The whole experience with Harchelroad was amazing and I recommend everyone to go there. They treat you like family, never pushy or in a rush like all the other dealers. They will go above and beyond for the customer, this is how a vehicle buying experience should be!

Excellent Service - IronRick
Todd was second to none... I came in to look at the 2013 CRV for my wife. I had not planned on buying that night but Todd knock it out of the park. Kim and I could not be more pleased with our purchase. We will recommend anyone we know looking for vehicles to you always.
Surprise for daughter - MomsSurprise
Decided one morning to buy a used car for our daughter as a surprise. Since we have purchased several vehicles over the years from Copple we skipped shopping around because we trust their quality and fair price. That afternoon we found a perfect 2009 Impala on the lot. Gene Frees was great to work with on this purchase. I felt my questions were answered honestly and more amazingly although we were too late for the car we went to look at he found one similar and we were able to agree on a price close to our set budget. He also went the extra step in helping with the ruse we had created to surprise my daughter until we had to have her sign the papers.

Purchasing my 2017 Camaro RS with help of Zach Young - cjones
In January of this year I bought my Camaro with the help of Zach Young. He was friendly, helpful and very patient with me, as I am not real tech savvy. He should be considered a real asset to Team Chevrolet, and I will recommend him to anyone I hear is looking for a new car.
Friendly - uplander59
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I was able to get my van in for an oil change quickly and service was performed in a timely fashion.

Friendly People and Great Service! Brought my son in to introduce to the staff. They were very patient as they walked him through the service process with his car. Thank You!
Employees Make the Difference - pmillen
It's the employees that set Greg Young Chevrolet apart from other dealerships. The sales person, Steve Nick (who seemed more like a consultant than a seller), and Trent, the Service Writer, who takes the time to carefully explain sometimes complex issues, make recommendations that are best for me. The first decision I make when deciding if I want to shop somewhere is, "Do I want to do business with this person?" The second decision is, "Do I want to do business with this company?" Yes! To both questions.
Oil change often - Thomas D Arnt
I have been going to Husker Auto Group for about the last three years I have a 2007 Malibu and bought at about 80,000 miles I now have 240,000 miles on it I always go to Marty in the service department, he always takes good care of me. I will always give him my business. I never leave there disappointed and while waiting on my car the employees that walk treat me with respect. I would recommend this dealership
Best car buying experience ever! - Kelseylu22

Felt like I was scammed - GroovyGirl1975
I recently purchased a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer from this dealership. When I went in to test drive the vehicle the dealership had to jump start it, then it had the ABS/Traction lights on. I asked the sales person to look into it -- the reply that I got was that they turned on due to the jump start. I proceeded to ask that this issue be checked and repaired before I would purchase it. I was told that it would be remedied. I stated that I didn't want the light "just reset" and that I wanted it looked at, I was assured that it would be. When I returned to purchase the vehicle all "seemed" well. I got my new car and off I went. At no time was I informed about the other issues with the vehicle. I later found that the rear wider didn't work, the rear wiper cover was missing and the vent covers were missing on some of the rear vents.
A couple of days after the purchase the ABS/Traction lights came back on, I would have to turn off the car to reset them. I also was at my parents house, my children were getting into the vehicle when I heard a crash. I looked over and the passenger side running board was laying on the ground. I thank God that I wasn't driving when the happened because who knows what accident could have transpired. I placed the running board in the back of my vehicle and drove directly over to the dealership, I explained all the issues that I had, I was informed that I bought the vehicle "as is" and that they "can't fix everything". I was told that they would be happy to remove the other running board but I would have to come back later. I don't live or work in Grand Island so returning during the week is not a good alternative for me.
I have now been driving around with just 1 running board for some time, I have priced the parts that I need to repair the rear wiper and vents. At this time I can't afford to fix the things that are wrong. I am so disappointed in Dinsdales, I went there because I had heard that they were good -- boy was I wrong. I have 2 children that I will need to buy cars for, I can tell you I will not be going to Dinsdales to purchase them.
UPDATE as of 7/3/2017: My starter went out today. I know this can't be predicted but just seemed like another nail in the coffin.
Can't be trusted - hbkmh
I purchased a 2016 vehicle from Meyer Automotive. After the sale was complete I found out there was no keyfob or second key with the vehicle. In all the years I have purchased a vehicle there has always been a second key and any newer model always came with a keyfob. For this particular model a keyfob is needed to unlock or the alarm will sound if you use only the key. I tried discussing this with my salesperson and with the person I was told was in charge and they refused to help resolve the issue. They either knew it did not have a keyfob and deliberately withheld this information during the negotiation or did not know enough about the vehicle they were selling. Either one should be unacceptable from a dealer. They claim "no bull" but that is exactly what you get. Any person buying a vehicle would have a reasonable expectation to receive a second key and keyfob for models that require it. I will never work with this organization again and recommend that no one else does either. Complete disregard for the customers best interest. They then wanted to charge me over $150 and make me drive back to them (over 75 miles) for a $50 fob that took less than 5 minutes for a local locksmith to program. Eventually they agreed to send me a second key and two fobs with a voucher to have them programmed for $50. Regardless it was not a good experience and highly doubtful one they have learned from. I fully see them doing the same thing in the future. I was also informed after purchase that the vehicle may have been a repo meaning they more than likely got it through auction and made a lot of money on it yet wanted to hassle me for the keyfob issue. I also asked to speak with the owner on three separate occasions and was never allowed that opportunity. Meaning either the owner condones this type of behavior or is oblivious to it and neither of those are acceptable as well. I have grown to hate even looking at my vehicle because it reminds me of this experience and hope to sell it as soon as possible.

Friendly professional service from everyone I had contact... - Droge
Friendly professional service from everyone I had contact with. Salesmen worked hard to find what I wanted in the price range I was looking for and provided good service from beginning to close of the deal. Finance manager was professional and did a good job of explaining forms, etc.
