Every time I have to go in for a service appointment, seems like all the time, Baxter employees greet me with a smile and are so pleasant to me. They’re very thorough and explain things to me in a way that’s easy to understand. I don’t leave wondering what just happened lol. On my last visit I worked with, I think his name was, Bryce. He had excellent customer service! He was awesome, good experience working with him! I tell everyone to go here! I used to go to a different Ford location but will wait to get into this location for service if need be.

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!

We went to look at a Ford Expedition that had just came in. We dealt with Louis. He was great. Very Knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. We ended up buying the unit even knowing that it still needed to go thru the shop. The did the work to the vehicle and were hoping to get it before Christmas but thigs happen and one of the parts did not show up on time, no biggie, so Louis offered to pay for a rental car for us. Once our car was finished they even delivered it to my work here in Omaha. Also there was some titling issues with the car since it was traded in from another state. They took care of everything on the title and even offered to pay if we had any late fees at the dmv. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with new parts they put on and the title. Great place to buy a car from. When I'm ready to upgrade again I will defiantly be giving them a call

Awesome customer service from everyone on the Jacobs team. I drove 900 miles round trip to do business with them, I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again tomorrow. They initially earned my business with great pricing and friendly sales staff. However the buying experience got even better once I arrived at the dealership and finalized my purchase. class act all around, I will be back for my next purchase!
