We still have not received the mats for the truck. We have sent several notification to the sales man as well as the financial manager. All to no avail. Purchasing this truck from this dealership has been an horrific experience. First of all, they run Ads on television, they have a a big sign at the front of the building, stating "84 MONTHS, NO INTEREST, AND NO PAYMENTS DUE FOR 90 DAYS". All fabrication. Their finance manager is a liar. THEN HE SENT THE CONTRACT IN FOR THE REGULAR 45 days payment. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. 5-1-2020. We called doge ram and we were told, that the mats for the truck were there to be picked up. However, when we showed up the following day, they told us, oh, we have to order them. This is the kind of service that this dealership give to their customers. First of all, when the trucm was purchased on April 17th, they told us they would order the mats. Absolutely poor customer service, would never recommend them to anyone or purchase another vehicle from them

Purchased a new 2020 Gladiator and had a great experience with the salesman Frank. Unfortunately there is a steering issue the service department is inept. They just try and tell you it is normal (third Jeep we have owned), that their alignment machine is broken, that you need to upgrade the steering parts (stabilizer, adjustable track bar)?
This is a brand new Jeep lifted by the dealer?
I would avoid this place at all costs you will be disappointed and they will lie and cheat to try and avoid responsibility and make more money.

I have been leaving courteous messages for over a month with a question regarding the paperwork for licensing my brand new vehicle I purchased from them, and have still received no response. This call back would have taken less than a minute. The message this sends me is that once they sell you a vehicle, they no longer even care to pretend that they value you as a customer.

You guys are great. No pressure to buy anything but several options to look at. Jason Tate really took care of us and helped answer our questions. We really feel he tried to give us the best deal possible and he patiently dedicated his time to us. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we were unable to get the right price and vehicle. We'd like to continue to work with Jason. The main building is nice. The doughnuts were good and appreciated. The back lot was too crowded to get a good view of the inventory but Jason brought out the vehicles to look at. I would recommend that more phone or on-line communicating when shopping for a vehicle. That way less time would be spend away from home. Kind of narrowing the field. BTW, the follow up text and calls were appreciated as well. Anyway, good job guys!

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
