This was the best customer service i ever received purchasing a car. They made my visit a breeze I'm so thankful for their honesty they did a very good job with getting me approved for a new vehicle. We just bought a 2017 Dodge Challenger. We went in intending to buy a used vehicle, and walked away with a brand new one for the same price. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that we got the car we wanted with all of the features we wanted. He even drove into Reno to get the exact car for us from the dealership in Reno. He never once tried to sell us something we didn't want. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling, and he worked diligently to ensure perfection down to the last detail. Who knew that going to a car dealership could be so painless!

I was completely bummed by a very recent experience at another dealership in the area and had lost all hope in buying a new car for my family. I had been contacted by Robert Heslop at Fernley CDJR a few times by email and text and I finally decided to give it a shot and see what he could offer me. We corresponded a few times via email that day and we went in at 6:15 pm and left a little after 7 with a Jeep Cherokee that I am completely satisfied with and surprised by how low they were able to get the payments. It was completely stress free!

Forgery, Fraud and Deceptive and unethical sales tactics - Scammed buyer, RF
Beware of this dealership they will up sell you on things that already come with the car. For example the Jeep Wave program comes with 3 free oil changes, but this dealership will scam you into to buying there maintenance package. This dealer went as far as Forgery on the bank documents just to get a deal done. I was sold the 3-1, Gap Ins., and the unneeded Maintenance that comes with the car, then when the primary bank did not accept the deal the Finance person forged my signature on the documents going to the bank with non of the extra services included just to get the deal through. I made several attempts to contact the GM to make things right, he asked me to come in and they typed up some waiver form saying I would not sue them. The finance guy was fired also. I DID NOT sign this bogus attempt on there behalf to get out of what they have done..
This is the most illegal deceptive unethical thing a car dealership can do to a buyer. I am in the process of filing complaints with the BBB, Attorney General, DMV and also I have filed a police report on Forgery. STAY CLEAR of this dealership.

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
