Sales people were very friendly and professional. But always make sure you do your research before you come to the negotiating table. They tried to charge me for a smog fee on an EV, and then tried to get me to pay for used car certification ("It is the cost to recondition the vehicle to meet safety and mechanical standards as well as preparing the vehicle for certification by a master tech certified by Hyundai.") but I reminded them that legally, if a car is advertised as "Certified," the cost of that certification must be included in the advertised online price. Voila, the surprise charge went away, like magic. Other than that, everything was fine, and the after-sales communication and support was outstanding.
