My daughter's first new Jeep was totaled, she was fine. I had spent most of a week calling 10-15 dealerships with a list of options my daughter's car had and more. Steve from Keene Jeep was willing to locate and swap the exact Jeep she wanted in 2 days. According to the rest of the dealerships I had called, they could not make this happen especially with only a few Jeeps in the northeast the same color and with the right options. Steve worked to get the best rebates possible and make this happen on the last day of the month. Thank you Steve and Keene CDJR for making my daughter very happy.

I was very pleased with the buying process of my 2021 Jeep Renegade. I had been looking to trade in my 2016 Renegade and had been searching the web for the right car and price and found them at Berlin City in Berlin NH. I called about the car and was called back promptly by Jeff. He was great to work with and we set up an appt time. He was courteous upon arrival and was able to find a good trade in price and find a price and finance rate that worked for me. I was able to sign all the papers and drive my new car home after a few hours.

I purchased my Honda HRV from here back in February. A week later I was having issues with it starting and finally after THREE trips to a Honda dealership they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix the issue, which Keyauto very kindly took care of. The only other issue for me is the car didn’t have a new sticker on it; when I asked if they could put a new one on I had the choice of going to their sister dealership in York. I live in Maine so I chose to do that because I was told they also check emissions so I wouldn’t have an issue. After making the appointment and driving an hour there for my new inspection sticker, I was told they could not do it because they aren’t equipped to check for emissions testing! A bit frustrated with the misinformation, I would’ve just saved my time and had them put one on before driving off the lot.
But overall, my initial experience of going in and purchasing my vehicle was great. Aristedes was super friendly and helpful with all my questions!

DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Dealer had my vehicle for 4 months. Only called me twice to tell me I owed them money. I had to call multiple times, leave messages and contact the GM for a response. They did provide a loaner (that was provided after a month). Towards the end they told me I needed to pay them for 2 batteries (that were functional when arrived). They finally replaced the batteries with the cheapest version available. The batteries were an icing on the cake to to a 4 month blackout in communication. Now, after the battery debacle I have recieved the truck back from them "cleared"... yet now it leaks oil. I brought it back to them and they fixed an O ring. Got it back for a second time with a note in the service records "small leak from oil pan". Now, on the second trip it is leaking so much oil (still from above the oil pan) that it has sprayed all over the front axle and onto the brake assembly on the driver's side. I will be going to a different dealership due to their incompetance.

I have been bring my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to this dealership since it was new which now the vehicle has 108,000 miles. I brought the Jeep in for service in January of this year for a loud grinding noise coming from the brakes. I had since January brought it back '5' separate times for the same issue. Each time that I picked the vehicle up from the dealership and drove just down the road I had to turn around each time because the issue wasn't resolved. Each time I have picked up the vehicle I was notified by the service manager that everything looks good and there is no sound. I would turn around each time and have the service manager ride with me in the vehicle and every time it was stated that "I didn't hear that when I drove the car, it's not supposed to do that". I was then after the fifth time having it serviced that the Jeep is safe to drive though the brakes are not stopping the vehicle.

As any regular person does, before going into buy a car there was some hesitation because of dealing with car dealerships.
My sales person Cody was great. I was able to communicate with him via text and email which fit my very busy schedule perfectly. We were able to get everything done that we needed and go back-and-forth without issue.
I feel like I got a very fair deal on my trade-in and got a fair deal for the price of the car.
If I had to pick somethings that bothered me:
- the amount of time I spent in the dealership waiting for finance to finalize everything.
- the car couldve been cleaner on delivery
- someone clearly took it on a joy ride, because I have the road and track package, which tracks with the vehicles highest reached speed was and mine was at “90”
Otherwise I have no complaints, A very good car buying experience. We will be back

Would not recommend this place to anyone. We went here and bought our 300 out right. After bringing the car home . Look it over the back bumper underneath was ripped also the abs and awd lights came on. We won't mention names but the 2 sales people i dealt with were uneducated on car sales. After showing both the bumper i was told quote(you bought a used car what do u expect) i turned to them and said are you a moron we are customers. As a business owner i would never speak to my customers this way and never have. Mr. Frank Brady should be aware of his own employees miss managing his business.

Absolutely horrible experience with the service department. I had my jeep looked at under warranty, i stated over the phone that if it was going to cost money, DO NOT proceed. They left me a voicemail saying it was going to cost money to fix and they were going to do it anyways, after I requested that they do not. When confronted with the bill, the service manager and the service rep were absolutely horrible to deal with. The manager is a complete jerk and I most definitely do not recommend have your vehicle serviced by them. Save yourself the hassle and have your vehicle serviced elsewhere!

Wouldn't honor previous deal after credit was pulled TWICE - reggie11
Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through.
They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all
