Shawn identified the service items my car needed, provided me a loaner car, had his mechanic send a video of items that were checked, helped me identify the best tires for my car based on how I use my car, and had my car back to me as promised. I put a complaint in to Mr. Zanger. I was waiting 6 months for a radio,so I complained to Mr. Zanger. Within two hours, I got an email from Antonio Guzman (manager) that he would see that it was handled. He then got Bill Abrams involved (service manager) who got the radio and within two weeks from the email it was installed. It works great! Special shout out to Mike in parts for contacting me to let me know the radio came in. Also shout out to Val my service writer for his kindness.

Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself.

Why would anyone bring a 18 year old car, 15 years past the warranty expired to an authorized dealer for routine maintenance? Because THIS authorized dealer has kept the car running and looking perfectly for over 240,000 miles. That’s why. Sure service there costs more but factory trained technicians using only authentic Jaguar parts that fit and perform as the people who designed the car intended are worth it.
