The service, the people and the waiting area at Ray Catena Porsche are tops. My service agent, Mike Indyk, is knowledgeable and trustworthy. It's more like dealing with a friend. I very much like their new service facility. I have never seen anything like it. Lots of well separated comfortable seating areas, great coffee and surrounded by loads of absolutely beautiful Porsches. I particularly loved their 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder Reproduction. Almost no need to go to Stuttgart. And, the service was performed much more quickly than I expected.

He was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was purchasing and gave me the confidence I was buying a good vehicle. Just purchased a Porsche cayenne from Paul miller, everything was good until things went to the finance department, they run your credit through other means to lower your score, then run it through Porsche and raise your points by 1.5-2 points higher telling you your credit isn't good. Do yourself a favor an use Jack Daniel's Porsche. should of walked away, but waited for car almost 6 months, already in the prosses of refinancing, never will I recommend this dealer, hi end dealer with shady employees.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced - Stuck in So. Jersey

They lost my car in their parking lot for 6 hours, then lost my key ... had my wife and I sitting in their waiting room for an hour before my wife insisted someone come and speak to us .. ordered the wrong tire and cost me the last two days of my vacation trying to work around their incompetence. They were a nightmare
