He made sure a loner car was made available to me, which was amazing and allowed me to keep up with the demands of my daily routines. The loner I received on this occasion was a 2020 Volvo XC60. Never have I had the experience that I had with Cherry Hill Volvo, the owner, Judith Krupnick (a gem) and her staff (especially Mitchell). They are not pushy, are knowledgeable, efficient, and really work with you to fit all your needs. I am on my third Volvo and am thrilled with the way it rides and its beautiful style. The Service Department is so helpful and will go out of their way to make sure all is well. I highly recommend this wonderful family-like dealership.

Internet Sales Staff Lies to Customers - Jillian Coloe - Coloe Lies
Calling to confirm (after several email exchanges and telephone conversations with Jillian Coloe), that a specific vehicle was available, I was assured by Jillian Coloe and her sales manager less than 24 hours before visiting dealership that the vehicle was in stock. Coming from Philadelphia (1 hour drive), I wanted to be certain that I wasn't wasting my time. Upon arrival, Jillian Coloe handed me off to another salesperson who told me that the vehicle I came to purchase was being test driven by another customer. Less than 20 minutes later I was told that the vehicle had been sold the week before. Jillian Coloe was too much of a coward to respond to my request to come out of her office and explain why she blatantly lied to me.
