I had an amazing experience at Keffer Mazda, thanks to Myles! I originally came in just to get my vehicle serviced, not expecting to buy a car at all. However, because of Myles’ kindness, friendliness, and knowledge, I ended up walking away happy with a brand new Mazda CX-5! From the moment we started talking, he made me feel comfortable and never once pressured me. He took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything clearly and honestly. I cannot say enough of what a great experience it was to purchase my 2009 Ford F-150 from Austin. Jordan was a very cool gentleman, and Blake in finance was wonderful. All the fellas at the Tower were very cordial as well. My wife and I had a great time. I would not hesitate for one second to buy a vehicle from this group over the phone again. Love the old truck and the one issue I had, over a week later, was resolved in seconds over the phone. Thanks to all the staff for assuring any car buyer that there are still good, decent, and wonderful people in the used car business. I could go on and on. Lisa was great and worked hard to get us where we needed to be payment wise. Darean in the warranty dept was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend. Love my new car!

We contacted Joe Maus Mazda about a new 2021 Mazda CX-5 . We had Scott Bonack (BDC manager), and Mike Brooks from the sales team get right back to me. They both were awesome, friendly, and had everything ready for us to test drive a new Mazda when we arrived at the dealership. All they needed was a copy of my drivers license. Mike went with us on a test drive, explained all the features of the SUV, and made me feel comfortable knowing this was the car for us. The FAMILY atmosphere is incredible at this dealership. I never in 35 years of buying cars have had a better experience. The process from start to finish was a little over an hour not including the great test drive. Hannah Maus helped me with the financing end of the sale. She was awesome! She answered every question we had and was a pleasure to talk with. This dealership will have a lifelong customer in me. Great cars, great people, great service....what more could you ask for. Thank you! Lynn

I've bought many cars, and by far, this was THE worst experience and we were just car shopping. The salesman refused to give us his business card, he said he did not care if he made this sale, he only had 3 more sales for the month to meet his quota, he then pretended to call another dealership we had been to and speak to the same salesman, (totally fake conversation), was gossiping to other salesman about us like were were dumb people who can't do math, (2 engineers and a nurse). Followed us outside when we left, throwing his arms in the air claiming we will not get a better deal. What we will get is a car from somewhere else, some common courtesy and not to be intimidated and disrespected. I was totally expecting someone to come out and say it was fake for a tiktok or something. Take an Uber before buying a car from this dealership.

Once again John Allgood exceeded our expectations. He sold my daughter her first Mazda in 2022 and when she came in over the weekend to the dealership, he was there and she went directly over to see if he was available for her to purchase another CX-5. She loved the car so much she wanted a newer version. That is the testimony of how the dealership makes you feel like a valued customer. The sales manager Kalueb Larkin was so patient with her decisions and wanted to ensure she was getting what she wanted. Chad Larkin was still there also and when we saw him we were happy! Due to a glitch in paperwork my daughter worked directly with Chad early this morning to ensure her financial documents were correct. He did not hesitate to assist and sent her on her way within 30 minutes of entering the dealership. Again a testimony of great customer service and taking care of their buyers. No doubt we will be buying another from Flow.

I just finished leasing my 8th vehicle from Frema Mazda, and once again, they excelled in all aspects! My salesman, Mike Dubois, was awesome as always, and Frankie was able to give us an incredible deal on a new vehicle. I was especially pleased by the fact that they were able to work with me without requiring me to visit the dealership, including bringing the papers to me to sign and delivering the vehicle. I will continue going straight to Frema for all of my future vehicle needs!

We were recently looking for a cargo van. Decent ones are virtually impossible to find. However, through a search for certified used, we found one at Medlin Mazda. We live 3 hours away, but figured why not give it a shot. I reached out and they were very helpful from the beginning. They answered all questions over the phone and were very helpful. I was able to do an electronic credit app and they had the financing worked out in no time. With their expertise, we even managed to get a great interest rate on the loan, which is hard to get on cargo vans. We made the drive down the next day and our great experience continued. Our salesman and our finance manager were both just awesome people. If they ever had another vehicle we were in the market for, I would not hesitate to go back and buy it. They made it worth our 3 hour drive each way!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY - Tnisamartin

So in March I purchased a Saturn Sky from this place. The day after I drove it off the lot my tire was flat the rim had rusted out and was allowing air in. I have to replace the rims and that tire. In April my brakes went out and the rotor how is this possible? Another event in April my insurance cards were sent in the mail as my renewal was scheduled, guess what? I didn't even have insurance on my new car????? the day I made the purchase when I asked about the the vin number and other particulars the salesperson said he had already talked to my insurance and I was good to go..... NOT ! I went back to the dealership and everyone treated me like "what's the big deal?" I tried calling the general manger and the owner not one return call. This car has caused me more money in 10 months than I spent on my 2000 Toyota Celica which I drove for over 10 years. thank God I still have it or I would be taking the bus. I am soooo disappointed in the way they have treated me and the fact that I now have a basically useless car. It looks good but it has one problem after the next. I have to have over $600 dollars worth of work done next weekend and that brings the grand total to $2500 in 10 months of repairing a lemon. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. People ask me about this car everyday because it's a beautiful car and I am more than happy to share the whole pathetic story with them . Trust me I talk to a lot of people and I hope people know that you can and should have any car you are thinking about buying inspected by an independent party. MY BAD

Outstanding service - mazdaman

I have a Mazda CX-5. Bought brand new from this dealership. I have always taken my vehicle to their service department for maintenance. Marshall and crew are outstanding. He always explains the work to me and gets me in and out in a timely manner. My neighbor has a Mazda that was bought in Greensboro and they hate taking their car in for service because, even with an appointment, they are sitting there for hours and the service department is always trying to get them to fix something that does not need fixing. Keep up the good work Dick Shirley Mazda Service department!!!!!

Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??
