We are very pleased about our purchasing process of our 2019 Honda Pilot. First of all, there was absolutely no high pressure sales, only complete professionalism and honest pricing. Our salesman, Jeff, took the time to go beyond our expectations in explaining all of the.features of the car while listening and answering our many questions. Chuck, in Finance Dept. made the process easy and without the high pressure of add-ons. We have driven Honda vehicles for over 30 years. The service dept. is top notch. We recommend to to others that they take a look and buy local from the Staff at Curttright Honda. We had shopped around and found that some of the big city dealers had hidden fees, which would result in paying more. In a word the Curttright dealership exudes EXCELLENCE!

From the moment we walked in, the entire Don Carlton staff made us feel welcome. Greeted promptly by salesman Ed Smull, super friendly, great sense of humor and EXCELLENT product knowledge. Vehicle was for my wife, we test drove the new Honda Pilot....WOW, what an exceptional suv, easily the best bang for buck. Loads of creature comforts and safety features for an amazing price. We traded in 2 vehicles and got higher prices for each than another dealer. Also, GM Sami Khalaf was incredible, easy to see this place reflects same professionalism from top down. Easy transaction, will definitely buy here again and again.

I was looking for a used acura tl which they had I worked the deal over with Jeremy Cook head of used car sales. I went up and test drove the car and asked about purchasing it with the 3 day 300 mile guarantee which the car was advertised with on craigslist which is where I found it. I was told no the advertised ad did not apply? I was given permission to get the car checked by my mechanic here in norman which I did mechanically it was sound, I went by my pdr guy who was not at his shop so I purchased the car. I took the car by my pdr guy the first chance I got and he stated the pdr work that was so poorly done was some of the worst he has ever seen and he has been doing pdr for 30+ years. bottom line I am paying more to fix up the dealers pdr work than I am to get the dents taken out, I contacted Jeremy Cook and although they sell pdr work he claims? they did not do the work, shadiest car dealership I have ever dealt with. I would have gladly taken the car back under the 3 day warranty which was how I found the car on craigslist but obviously they knew I would get the shoddy bodywork checked out and brought it back!

I had a very disappointing visit at Fowler Honda yesterday. My mother and I are repeat customers. Between the two of us, we've purchased 5 vehicles there in the last 12 years. They ran my credit, and said they wouldn’t be able to get me financed without at least $5,000 down and it probably still wouldn’t be enough for a vehicle like I was wanting. Now granted, I know my credit score has dropped a lot, but they didn't even attempt to submit me to any banks. I went to another dealership down the street and got a great deal on a new SUV with a 9% interest rate. It took them a while to get me approved, but they got on the phone with a few banks and got it done. I really appreciated that they were willing to put in the effort for me, especially since the team at Fowler wasn't willing to put in any effort at all. I actually ended up financing through Ally for the second time. I mentioned at Fowler that I had a good payment history with them and they should try there, but they couldn't even be bothered to do that. Unfortunately, I think Fowler has lost my family’s future business.

Scott Derrick helped me from start to finish. Brandon Mulligan handled the finance portion. I called Scott in the morning to let him know what I was looking for and the details of my trade-in (2014 CR-V). Scott put his hands on the vehicle I was looking for and let me know that it was available. He let me know what paperwork to bring in to the dealership. Scott was knowledgeable and happy to explain all the features of my 2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. The entire process was ZERO pressure. Very professional performance by all involved! Dishonest just to get car sold - TiffanyTreat
Battison Honda in OKC sold us a used Honda Odyssey under false pretenses. It had been in THREE wrecks of which TWO of the airbags had deployed. It's on the car fax and we found this out when we went to trade at another dealer. We let Battison know and they emailed asking us to come in so that they could "try to make it right." This turned out to just be a ploy to get us to come buy another vehicle that they could stack the $8k of negative equity on top. The manager was incredibly degrading and patronizing toward us and I left in tears. Please beware of this dealer.

I was going to buy a 2016 caddy with only 1200 milers on it they let me drive the car for about 4 days and i wanted the caddy but after all the paper work the monthly payments was 150 over what i wanted to pay, they had the caddy back for almost a week and they called wanting to charge us for smoking in the car which no one did. And to be honest i was going to go back and get the caddy but not after that text saying they would charge us for someone smoking in it. They lost any and my business.
