Treated with dignity - Fit Fun
Looking for descent used car for my son. We visited after hours in fear of being harassed. Found a car and came the following day. We were greeted by sales consultant Jeremy Coles. We had the best experience with Honda and with Jeremy. We explained what we were looking for and what we saw last night. Jeremy was a dream it felt as if he was an old family member. He listened and gave advice on what would work for us. We test drove the car and knew this is what we wanted. We didn't purchase the car that day and wanted to sleep on it. We were also curious about the existing cars we have and what Honda would offer. The following day we brought the cars up to see what the offer would be. We were surprised by one of the cars which would resell better in a major city then a smaller town. Jeremy never held back anything and was up front and honest. Day 3 we did look at other dealerships to make sure we were making the right decision. Jeremy NEVER harassed us with phone calls or threats that the car we were interested in could be sold. Day 4 we decided on the car (used) for our son in Texas and we decided to trade in one of our cars. The team was incredible, we had lost or original title and they worked with us. Everything turned out great and we were able to get the original title and be able to purchase car and have it titled in Texas. We will be purchasing a new car and it will be through Honda of Bartlesville with Jeremy. We had NO buyer remorse. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a car to visit and feel free from harassment and enjoy the process of purchasing a car or trade in. They treat you with respect and truly understand what customer service is. If you enjoy games, and dishonesty this isn't your dealership. FYI: we purchased a Honda Fit and it is so much fun to drive, who knew that this cute car had so much room (husband and son 6'), great gas milage, and blast to drive. We do own a Porsche Cayman and we rock paper scissors who gets to drive the Fit until we send it to Texas.

Basic high pressure BS - Pooper
Basic high pressure sales from beginning to end. Constant back and forth with 'manager'. Be prepared to double and triple check every little thing they tell you. They told me the matched the price online, pulled it up on my phone and price was a few hundred higher. Can't recommend in the slightest.

I had an excellent experience buying a car from this dealership. Knowing I wanted the best 9th generation V6 Accord coupe that my budget would allow, I began my search on the internet. I searched a 500 mile radius from my home looking at cars as far away as Oklahoma CIty, Kansas CIty and Dallas. I found a 2014 one owner at this dealership for several thousand less than anywhere else. And they had the carfax posted right there for inspection. When I saw how routinely this vehicle had been serviced by the previous owner, I was sold. I called and spoke with Tyrone who was very helpful without being pushy. And though I live 2 1/2 hrs from their dealership, when he understood that I was serious about purchasing the vehicle he offered to deliver it to me. And he has since followed up the sale with a phone call to make sure I am happy with the purchase. Now that's how you do internet sales! I have owned the car for almost a month now and totally love it.

I was going to buy a 2016 caddy with only 1200 milers on it they let me drive the car for about 4 days and i wanted the caddy but after all the paper work the monthly payments was 150 over what i wanted to pay, they had the caddy back for almost a week and they called wanting to charge us for smoking in the car which no one did. And to be honest i was going to go back and get the caddy but not after that text saying they would charge us for someone smoking in it. They lost any and my business.

Watch your paper work, they will rip you off. The sales and finance people are so friendly, but can’t be trusted. I have lost all respect for Battison and will never buy from them again.

Scott Derrick helped me from start to finish. Brandon Mulligan handled the finance portion. I called Scott in the morning to let him know what I was looking for and the details of my trade-in (2014 CR-V). Scott put his hands on the vehicle I was looking for and let me know that it was available. He let me know what paperwork to bring in to the dealership. Scott was knowledgeable and happy to explain all the features of my 2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. The entire process was ZERO pressure. Very professional performance by all involved! Oh my gosh!!! What a fantastic experience! I drove away the happiest woman in the world. I am the proud owner of a 2012 accord coupe. Everything went so perfect. I went in looking with a friend who was the one in the market for a new car and I was the one who drove away with one myself. I most definately will recommend those guys to my friends and family.
