After dealing with Shea in finance, I have never been punched in the face so much where I was surprised I was left standing at the end. I am surprised I am left standing after such a brutal warfare experience at Bob Howard Honda finance. The sales experience was pleasant but when we went to finance the whole interaction turned into a disaster. This is the second car we bought here and honestly wish it went different.
Just when I feel like I have seen the latest tactic's Bob Howard found a way to create new tactics and schemes to try to trick me and my family. As I left the store I am left wondering what have they actually done to customers who are naive or misguided. I feel their pain as I write this review.I feel like there was pure evil going on as I watched the interaction at Bob Howard Honda unfold.
I went to see a specific vehicle and the vehicle was "lost" for some time with several people searching for it.
Bob Howard wanted me to have a co-signer since it was "my first auto loan", surely this was because they get some kind of incentive for having a co-signer. I have never been asked this before. It was very strange.
Bob Howard then said I cannot be approved for a the special introductory rate with Honda financing, but however I was able to get the rate if I bought one of their extra extended warranties....ironic....However, I did not purchase their extended warranty and still got the rate that I came in for.
I would just be very careful with these Honda dealerships in the metro. I wish the corporate Honda knew these different situations at the dealerships were going on.

I had an excellent experience buying a car from this dealership. Knowing I wanted the best 9th generation V6 Accord coupe that my budget would allow, I began my search on the internet. I searched a 500 mile radius from my home looking at cars as far away as Oklahoma CIty, Kansas CIty and Dallas. I found a 2014 one owner at this dealership for several thousand less than anywhere else. And they had the carfax posted right there for inspection. When I saw how routinely this vehicle had been serviced by the previous owner, I was sold. I called and spoke with Tyrone who was very helpful without being pushy. And though I live 2 1/2 hrs from their dealership, when he understood that I was serious about purchasing the vehicle he offered to deliver it to me. And he has since followed up the sale with a phone call to make sure I am happy with the purchase. Now that's how you do internet sales! I have owned the car for almost a month now and totally love it.
POOR SERVICE - badhonda
After they rotated my tires the low tire inflation icon would not go off the dash. After taking the car back 7 or 8 times they told me I would have to replace a tire I had replaced with a different brand in order for the system to work. The replaced tire had been on the vehicle for about a year and we never had a problem with the system until they rotated our tires. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau and they still refused to fix the system.
"Just Cut It" Literally...Battison Honda CUT ME UP! - BoomerSooner
I went to Battison Honda to test drive a vehicle in 20 degree weather and we submitted a offer and the manager didn't even come out. They never even countered on the price.
The next day I was at another "Just cut it (your throat) dealership and the salesperson at Battison told me if I left there and came to battison he would give me a price close to the one I wanted to close this deal. I left the other shady Honda dealership and went to a even more shady one and they never once gave me a price. I left!
The whole experience was poor. I felt like I was getting lectured at by one odd duck of a salesperson. I asked for private time to talk with my family and he wouldn't leave us alone. He had some of my personal information and he wouldn't give it back too me. This was a very poor interaction, however I am glad my family got to witness the stereotypical car dealership methods.

Scott Derrick helped me from start to finish. Brandon Mulligan handled the finance portion. I called Scott in the morning to let him know what I was looking for and the details of my trade-in (2014 CR-V). Scott put his hands on the vehicle I was looking for and let me know that it was available. He let me know what paperwork to bring in to the dealership. Scott was knowledgeable and happy to explain all the features of my 2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. The entire process was ZERO pressure. Very professional performance by all involved! I was going to buy a 2016 caddy with only 1200 milers on it they let me drive the car for about 4 days and i wanted the caddy but after all the paper work the monthly payments was 150 over what i wanted to pay, they had the caddy back for almost a week and they called wanting to charge us for smoking in the car which no one did. And to be honest i was going to go back and get the caddy but not after that text saying they would charge us for someone smoking in it. They lost any and my business.

Oh my gosh!!! What a fantastic experience! I drove away the happiest woman in the world. I am the proud owner of a 2012 accord coupe. Everything went so perfect. I went in looking with a friend who was the one in the market for a new car and I was the one who drove away with one myself. I most definately will recommend those guys to my friends and family.
